Is this punch bigger in diameter than what came with the xch-2100n originally?

It is the same diameter. I discovered after I received the replacement kit that I didn't need to use it yet. All you need to do is to revolve the current head on the machine to a different area that has not been used yet. I have been doing that and realized it is made so well, I keep using the original cylinder disk. Hope this helps.

Will this work with the XHC-2100n? (I don't know what the "n" at the end means).

I have a XHC-2100n as well and wasn't sure if this was the correct replacement part so I called them. The confirmed the RP-2100 is the correct part number.
