Compression Socks for Flight Travel, Running, Knee High, Women & Men

These well-made socks provide a comfortable amount of pressure, making it easier to wear them for extended periods of time. As with all proper compression stockings, these require a bit of effort to put on, but then they stay in place until you're ready to take them off.What's really nice about them is they are about the same thickness as regular socks, so they don't look or feel like you're wearing some sort of medical-grade garment. In fact, they make the best men's dress socks, as they don't slip down while keeping legs feeling energized -- wear them with your best suits!Of course, they are great for women, too. I personally wear them with some of my long boots when I'm going to be on the move all day.As for specs, these socks run pretty true to size, and are long-wearing -- no worn out heels or holes in the toes in over a couple of years of moderate use.

This has been my first time using compression socks.I was advised by my doctor to use them because due to my multiple chronic pain conditions I live quite a sedentary lifestyle. It came to a point where one of the nerves on my left calf was swollen and causing my a lot of pain that would wake me up during the night. This pain also triggered the bulged disc that I have in my lower spine.As soon as it arrived I put them on, I didn't notice anything straight away but after a couple of hours the pain began to ease a little, just enough so that I was able to sit down for a little bit longer than before. After taking them off before bed I went to sleep and was not woken up with my leg pain!!! This was when I knew it was working. As I woke up the next morning the flare up on the bulged disc was very much reduced. And upon the second day of wearing it the pain was so much more manageable in my legs.The only thing I wish could be different, is that for people like me, we need to use these compression socks daily. So I wish more than one pair could have been supplied for when the other pair is in the wash.The socks themselves they fit nicely, I have quite thick calves and was able to pull the socks up just under my knee, which is where they are supposed to sit. At first I had pulled them a little bit too high up on the back and it was digging in behind the knee area, but after lowering it slightly and readjusting it was much more comfortable.I can attest that these socks are not slippery, there is a good amount of grip at the bottom. One important thing is that they do not fall or roll down!! They simply stay in place. I find these socks very comfortable.As I said before I do wish more than one pair could have been supplied but the quality here is amazing so I do definitely recommend.(UPDATE: I like them so much that I purchased a second pair!)Please let me know if my experience here has been helpful! 🤍

Have not tested outcomes yet: purchased because my existing airport-aquired flight socks didn't prevent ankle swelling. These do feel more compressive, so will hopefully be more effective. Main reason to review is just to comment that the S/M size fits a UK men's size 10 perfectly. Also, the weave pattern for the black ones appears to be different to the white: which is evident from the pictures, but not expressly stated. Don't know whether that leads to different performance. May get the white as well...

Does the job great for long haul flights

I can honestly say these are the best I have come across, I have had prescription socks and even fitted for compression tights, but some how never fitted correctly. Compression socks would roll down all day, so I had to keep pulling up.But these are amazing, comfortable and never roll down, could wear for the whole day in comfort. They are pretty correct in size. I’m a woman of a size 16 and I ordered s/m and the fit perfectly. So don’t size up unless you are really sure you need to. Lots of choice in style and the store have plenty of support options. Will definitely be buying again.

Ok,these socks are awesome! I've had them for a few weeks and have worn them for my night shifts where I'm constantly active hauling pallets and heavy boxes, used to come home n HAVE to lay down n rest my legs against the wall to reduce the aches n swelling I experienced....since wearing these however, the varicose veins that had begun to bulge behind my knees have actually gone right down and are barely visible and most importantly are not painful anymore. So happy with them.Have been chucking them in the wash with my uniform everyday, a quick 30degree wash cycle and hung to dry near a radiator and they are fine. I use either a liquid pod for the wash or traditional wash powder n don't use alot of fabric conditioner.Have noticed my calf muscles are not as tight after my rebounder class too although I don't wear the socks to class...just having them on for my work shifts seems to have been enough to address the aches n pains.Will definitely be ordering some more in the new year so I can have different colours for different days.I'm size 5 trainers and wear cotton socks with thick cushioned base under these compression socks. I'm average size 12-14 clothes and weigh 11stone.

The socks are good. Rathet a faff to get on,but i guess will ease slightly after a while. They are nice quality,which inguess is reflected in price. Thought rather expensive.

I bought these to help with oedema and varicose veins - first pair I bought are still my favourite compression socks, slightly too long (but I have short legs!) but otherwise very comfortable. Decided to buy another pair exactly the same but unfortunately can't wear them - longer than previous pair and far too tight under knee making them painful. Hit or miss I guess - not sure if it's consistency issues or I just received a one off duffer.

Ho acquistato queste calze compressorie per un viaggio in aereo di 13 ore e per me hanno fatto davvero la differenza.Soffro personalmente di un gonfiore alle gambe molto eccessivo durante i voli lunghi, quindi ero abbastanza preoccupata, ma con queste calze ho risolto completamente il problema.Le ho indossate la mattina appena sveglia e le ho tenute per tutto il viaggio: le gambe non si sono gonfiate nemmeno un pochino e sono arrivate leggere, senza dolore né sensazione di pesantezza.Sono comode, sostengono bene senza dare fastidio e per chi ha problemi di gonfiore in viaggio le consiglio davvero tanto.
