Officemate Assorted Colors Standard Staples (OIC91937)

I hate that when the staples are put in the stapler in broken pieces (instead of a long tube), then when it gets to the next piece it jams your stapler and you have to realign it. This box has the colors I like but it arrived broken in chunks of half inches each. And after 50 staples are so when it gets to his end, it starts jamming up my stapler. It looks painted on. Which gave me an idea that maybe I could just buy the swingline that has a stronger hold and just paint over it or I could a marker. Anyway decent does its job but annoying when it gets jammed at short intervals. See pic of it jamming my swingline stapler

I got these as an Add-On item at about half the regular price. I wasn't expecting much — they're just colored staples — so I'm not terribly disappointed. I just wanted to try adding a little color in an infinitesimally tiny part of my life. I didn't care much either way, so I didn't want to spend a lot or even a reasonable amount of money. I wanted something cheap. This was it, and it has, indeed, added a tiny little line of colorfulness to my paperwork. No complaints there. I am a little disappointed that every single strip of staples is broken, most in at least three pieces. Most of the pieces are big enough to salvage since I have a couple of half- and thumb-sized staplers. I estimate maybe 50 or so staples are wasted, but since they cost 1/10 cent per staple, I'm not sweating it. I think the product is fine, just not the way Amazon handles or packs it. Or it might be in that condition because maybe these are the ones pulled off the shelves as unsalable (which would be deceptive.) In any case, I got to try them out and cheaply satiate my curiosity. I don't regret buying them, but I probably won't ever buy them again once I use them up. That might take a while considering I still have a box of Woolworth brand staples that I'm still working my way through. Final thought? If you don't mind broken strips, go for it. If it matters that much to you, just get some staples at the dollar store and color them yourself with some Sharpies.

I bot to fill out an order for free shipping but.....it's so much fun to pick up something with these brightly colored staples. They fit all my standard size staplers and do the job with a little "extra".

I really wanted colored staples for work. These are colored and cute, however, they do flake off a little. Not a huge issue, still can see the color. They also come in short sets so takes awhile to fill up your stapler, BUT I'd purchase again just to have fun staples!!

The staples are a pretty color but most of the rows of staples were broken in the package. I will not buy this brand again.

The package came opened and the staples were a mess. But after gathering everything and organizing them again they were fine. My kids are loving the colors

So far they are working great with my crafting stuff. Wish they came in more colors in the box.

These will fall apart and jam your stapler. They fell apart before I even opened them, and continued to break apart after into a mess. I wasn't even able to use half of the pack.

I like the colours of the staples but they are all broken apart and don't work that well because its all just groups of 5-10 staples. It jams a lot
