This was purchased as a replacement for another unit which failed; now this on has done the same after just 2 months.

ProWarm thermostats work just fine for us
We have used this type of thermostat on our last three properties (fitted underfloor heating in the kitchens), all worked fine & still do. We are in the process of fitting one in our garden room - never had a problem with the mats or thermostats & don’t expect to on the new one. We have always used this make & model.

User unfriendly
Does the job. But the user manual is very difficult to follow. Resorted to calling the technical helpline to be talked through how to use simply as a thermostat. Scheduling is far to complicated for me even to attempt.

total rubbish
had two fitted a week ago. will be replacing asap. Either both faulty or just the worst tech on earth. DO NOT BUY. This company does not deserve to be in business.
