Does someone know how long this blade lasts? (pitbull bold) blades?

It depends on how often you shave, how coarse your hair is, and how fast it grows. Hair stylists have told me that my hair grows fast, and I know it's medium course. I shave every other day most of the time. My blades last about a month.

With sink of water, hold it a few inches under the water for a few minutes.

What is the difference between SS forte 5 blade replacement blade for $34.99 and the forte 4 blade for $39.99 other then price?

5 blades is the original design, offering more blades. The running blades can be dipped in water to clean. 4 blades is the newest design, offering less blades but the blades open easy for deep cleaning.

Will this fit the $39.99 palm shaver model? if so, do i need an adapter as i have 3 blades and this has 5?
