No, this will not use 450 labels as they don't have DRM

Are these labels removable?

Yes. We place these labels on software boxes and software DVD cases for sale. If they go unsold, we remove the labels and return the software to distributors half a year to a year later. It is clean and easy to peel the labels off from the software boxes or DVD cases even if they were affixed a year earlier.

can you write on these labels with a ball-point pen?

Yes you can, they don't do well with the gel ink pens. However, they will accept a ball point pens ink.
