Takes nearly 12 hours to charge, and the cable breaks the USB connection if it is moved even slightly. On the plus side, the product was packaged well and delivered in timely fashion. This iPad 2 is amazing! I love the many things I can do with! It's fast and it's like having everything at your finger tips. I like the size of it also. It's hard for me to read small print, with this size I can enlarge the print and see clearly, nothing gets cut off at the edges. Handy and very portable!I love it! Best investment I've made. I take it with me where ever I go and I know I will be waiting a while. Also, I have all my books that I like to read on it too. Great product great price. If you can't afford the newer version, this one is awesome too!

I purchased this for my mom as a mother's day gift. Her needs didn't require the best and newest iPad, so I purchased this 2nd generation one. My star rating isn't with the retailer, but more with the product itself. I own multiple Apple products, but old and new, and never have any problems with them. This iPad however doesn't seem to hold a charge, so I'll need to send it back to get it checked out. My experience with THIS product, was less than ideal.

Made me feel comfortable in spending this amount of money, knowing if there was anything wrong with it, they would take care of the situation without any problems! Great find and Great Purchase!!

So far I absolutely love my IPAD. I've always been (and still am) an Android girl. But it is great to step into a different world. I like the user face, as well as the ease of going to differnt tabs, apps, and sites. It took a little getting used to and Im still learning ALOT, but so far so good.

I love my new iPad! I didn't need the latest version because I will mainly use this in my kitchen for recipes and to stream via Nextflix and Amazon Prime. The packaging was done so well that I doubt there was much that could damage the iPad. All in all a great experience!

Yes I bought this used, but when I got it the screen was cracked, and I had to replace the touch screen digitizer. The presence of glass fragments in the package tells me it was damaged by the post office during shipping, not insured!

I bought this IPad used. Screen had some slight crack in one corner which spread after a few months. All functions work but I was disappointed at the rating which was Good category
