Frost Free, LED lighting, with a raised bottom shelf to let the air circulate, this thing can feed a company of Airbourne for a month it's so big. Not silent, but acceptable, it's a winner. Looks good too!.

Freezer worked good for 18 months them quit warranty is only 1 year so i'm S--T out of luck!!!

I have never had an upright freezer (and I've had many over the years) that went out in less than 5 years. On this one, both the condenser and the evaporator were dead and needed to be replaced. I was told, over the phone, that my warranty was good for 5 years. The repair company (who they recommended) called them and got the okay to come out to see what was wrong. When they called in for the fix, they were told that the Frigidaire freezer was not under warranty. After many phone calls, I found out that the warranty doesn't stay with the freezer. Since it was in the home that I purchased, the warranty was no longer any good. The first person I spoke with had made a mistake. So I ended up having to pay a $70 service call fee and now I have to worry about how to get rid of this worthless freezer. I will never buy any product made by Frigidaire again, and I would strongly advise anyone thinking about it, to choose a product that (1) will last and (2) will honor its warranties.

Purchased this Freezer by Frigidaire, compressor make loud noise. has 4 racks but comes only with 3 shelves, tech manual says you can buy basket as an option but all appliance part store Do Not carry. Frigidaire customer support is impossible

Yup- died after about 17 months....no warranty. Do not buy this product.
