I’ve been sitting on the fence about this review for awhile now. Some things where different from the description. Mine came with a product key for windows 10. The RGB remote didn’t work and after contacting support, another one was sent out within a week. It is LOUD! I thought it might be. It has 4 fans running. Aesthetically, looks great! Love the infinity mirror front and the build looks like you know what you’re doing even when you don’t! Although it pass an inspection, three drivers needed updating upon plug in. Again, not much work. Graphics, power and overall performance are great. Any intermediate gamer will enjoy this rig and they can always upgrade components down the road. I wouldn’t recommend the keyboard and mouse. They are REALLY basic and just make everything look “cool”. Plan your monitors accordingly as the GPU won’t let you connect more than one type of connection. You’re looking at Dport and HDMI. My overall experience was a positive one, but I wish it was more hassle free for the price.

I had a few issues with this computer when I received it, but costumer service was very helpful and I got it fixed for no extra cost.Cable management is very neat and tidy, overall this computer looks great.Userbenchmark scores are in the top 85% with these parts Non overclockedIt took a little longer than I thought it would take to get my computer repaired and back to me, but, they did a 4 day continuous load test just to make sure everything was running properly and shipping was a tad slow but repair and shipping was free so who am I to complain.When I sent them a message asking any question they would answer fairly quickly.Good Company.Good Computer.Would Recommend.👍

Its a good fast computer. But you will need to buy your own extra memory (2 terabyte personally recommended) they did give me cables to instal my own extra hardrive which i appreciate. I originally thought that this came with windows 10 but you still have to buy the product key which is an extra 130is bucks... was disappointed seeing as the QnA section suggested that I wouldn't have to... im not good with this site and don't know how to contact customer support about this.

I would not purchase a PC from this company again. The PC I purchased did not come with the advertised components, causing about a 20 frames per second drop compared to what I was expecting. Very frustrating. I spoke with their customer service team, and they were not willing to install the correct parts, stating that what they installed was newer, better, and more expensive. However, all benchmarks indicate that the CPU on the advertisement (Ryzen 5 3600) outperforms the one they installed (Ryzen 5 4650G). There were also other components of the PC changed out that I did not really look in to, such as the motherboard. Again, the product does not come as advertised, and customer service was not willing to provide me the PC build THAT IS ON THE ADVERTISEMENT.
