Nice computer but is it super slow

I am not really clear why there are so many complaints about the computer. For the most part I have been happy with it. I did lose sound and had to download the audio driver from the Lenovo site. It seems to have fixed the problem. I haven't found the computer to be slow. I do have a Dell with a Celeron processor so perhaps it is a relative thing. I have found the customer service to be helpful when there has been an issue. I had to use the One touch recovery because something was wrong and I couldn't go back to factory settings when I first bought it. Tech support did help and was willing to have someone come out to fix it. It is frustrating when electronics go wrong. But I think Lenovo has tried hard to resolve things when the computer doesn't work right.

This computer is slow and apps freeze up-I'm exchanging it for a better model.

The computer appears to be nice, with good monitor and is running fast. I just had one issue that speaker stopped working (even system shows the audio card is working properly, there is no sound). The only walk around we found is to restart the computer, then the sound will be there.Lenovo gave me a brutal experience when I contacted their tech support to resolve the problem. After long waiting period, multiple transfers, I was sent to a so called tech specialist that is extremely rude, telling me Lenovo only will charge me for fixing this brand new computer for me because of bad quality of their very own product, or send me back to the customer service to work out a resolution:-)If you have an adventurous personality, you can give this company's product a try. It is very enough to me and I am returning the computer right away. Not a complain on Amazon, but a great lesson to learn from Lenovo.

I love this computer and so does my grandchildren. Graphics are great.

i bought 3 computers July 20. hiwever, i have a wireless LAN problem. from one of them, even I installed correct driver. it seems like wireless controller is bad.just 40 days later, i can not get the service for return. it is unfair and my customer complainted so strong and he never want to use Lenovo brand again.
