Lots of protein!
Lots of protein in a pancake! Most I’ve seen. And tastes good too! Easy to make and only uses water which is a plus!! Super easy to make a few or many!!

Great protein pancakes
I wanted to wait until I made several variations of these before leaving a review. But the overall rating is great. I’ve made these with the portion suggested on the package (56g) which gave me two pancakes and only use water as the liquid and have always added extra cinnamon and little vanilla to each. Also make a few of these ahead and keep them in the fridge to grab for breakfast. - Plain 4/5 - texture of the pancake itself fell a little short for me. May add a pinch of baking powder to see if they get a little fluffier. Flavor is still great (also making these with milk/egg probably changes this significantly). - W/ Blueberries 4.5/5 - great addition to flavor without adding much extra calories or sugar. - W/ Applesauce 4.5/5- added half of one of those applesauce cups. Improved the texture of the plain for sure. Plus a bit of a flavor boost too. - W/ Banana 10/5- I mashed about 3/4 of a banana and added it to the mix and holy smokes these are fan-freaking-tastic!!! - W/ 1/2cup oatmeal, flax meal, egg whites & blueberries 4.7/5 - flavor is great, handles the additional ingredients very well, cooks well and the egg whites helped making them fluffier. This is now my go to combo. I now make 6 on Sunday and eat one a day for breakfast. Husband is a bodybuilding competitor, super picky about what he eats, made these for him (banana version) and he also loved them! Only nit pick is that it has sucralose in here, I try to avoid artificial sweeteners, but I can live with it. I have bought several bags already, wish there was a bigger size.

Good stuff
This is really good. Just know if you buy the original flavor it does still contain cinnamon & it’s a dominant flavor . I liked it, but I would like to try the buttermilk also for a more natural taste. I guess the only downfall would be the sucralose. But for an occasional treat, it was quite tasty. I used it in my waffle maker.

Yummy
They taste delicious, have good nutritional content, and are a good option for preparing a yummy breakfast without feeling guilty.

Awful
These are truly awful. Within about 2 minutes of eating them, I get stomach cramps. They're very dry and taste nothing like pancakes should. To top it off, they have 780 mg sodium. Why on earth would pancakes have that kind of sodium?? I didn't notice it before I bought them, because it never would have occurred to me to check that kind of thing on pancakes. I'm throwing the rest of the package away.

Fantastic
Amazing macros and great taste. They're expensive, but worth it. I add a bit more water than the package dictates, and a small splash of vanilla extract *chefs kiss* - I also use more than one serving per waffle, because I prefer a thick waffle to a thin one.

Serving size and mixing instructions
Taste was good and texture was fluffy just using water. However, I didn't do the math before purchasing and only focused on the protein content. 1/7 serving size (210 calories) only makes half a pancake! If you follow the mixing instructions of 1/3 mix and 1/3 water, you've already doubled your caloric intake (and your protein also which is good). Bottom line, if you're watching calories and macros, I didn't feel super satisfied after eating my single pancake.

Pretty darn good!
I got the cinnamon flavored pancake mix and I really like the flavor. I add a drop of vanilla extract and eat it with Carry's sugar free syrup and a small amount of butter. I've been enjoying these for a high protein, easy, and tasty breakfast in the morning. Like most protein products it is a tad more dense in texture than a regular pancake. But that's not a big deal for me.
