First of all the “renewed” (aka returned and resold) model isn’t worth it, just buy the new one. The first one we received was clearly used and beaten up. The key stickers were missing on some keys and peeling off and filthy on others. A few of the buttons did not work as they were supposed to, such as the course and teaching modes. Some programs weren’t able to changed like picking different songs. Volume button worked when it felt like it. The stand was scratched up, seat was all scuffed. The book stand that clips onto the back was broken and not able to attach to the keyboard. And lastly, on the back where you plug in the power cord was totally broken and smashed INTO the keyboard. How this passed any sort of quality inspection is beyond me. We asked for a replacement and I wanted to receive it before packing up the beaten garbage one, I anticipated another garbage used one, and to my surprise this second replacement was in great condition and we are pleased with the quality of this one. However, even though this replacement was in great shape, the keyboard overall is pretty cheap and junky... I get that it’s geared towards beginners and kids but for the price (which is cheaper but kinda average for kids beginner keyboards) you should shell out a bit more if you can and just get a brand name keyboard. The “free” apps and lessons that come with this keyboard aren’t anything special, one is an app that is a free trial, and the other is some in person online lessons. To be honest, it’s really nothing that a kids lesson book couldn’t teach. The keys are labeled, lesson books have the keys laid out- your kid can play in no time. They aren’t going to be a concert pianist at the moment so you’ll be fine. Having a quality and better produced keyboard that is backed by a name brand would have been a better choice. The plastic is incredibly thin and cheap. The keys are crooked and askew. The screen is so tiny that the “play along” function isn’t really anything to write home about, not to mention you need a magnifying glass to even see which keys it’s telling you to play. Just get a good quality decent basic keyboard. It’ll be a better investment and worth it overall.

This is a great keyboard especially for the price. Sounds great, comes with the stool and stand which is also a plus. Only complaint is the stand is far from sturdy but it holds the keyboard just fine you just have to be careful it doesn't get knocked over.

My daughter got this for her birthday, her cousin got the same one. Both of them have the same key that has the same issue. When you tap it once, it double plays the note. Making it very difficult to even practice or learn on a keyboard. I contacted the manufacturer as advised by Amazon, they told me I have to contact Amazon and won’t do anything. Sounds like I have to purchase a brand new keyboard because no one will help me fix or replace the broken one.

I bought this for my 9 year old granddaughter. She loves it. This keyboard is perfect for young and old beginners as well as more experienced players. It has a wide range of capability with many instruments, beats and rhythms, which can be combined. It is like having a full rock band at your fingertips! It also will record what you compose and play it back for you.

I bought this so that I can practice the piano when traveling. I am a beginner pianist. As expected the keys have a very different response and I am not fond of it. The sound is tinny. There is nothing wrong with the keyboard though.I bought this refurbished by Amazon and it was pristine. I doubt it had even been out of the box, so I am very pleased with that aspect.

Very nice product, bought the kids keyboard stickers to help identify the keys !! The parents love the headphones!!!

We bought this for our granddaughter age 6, who is just starting out learning piano. She takes piano lessons and can come home and practice and continue learning, and she loves it. Very good sound, sturdy and good quality.

While this is great for learning and my 6 year old loves it. My issues are with the stool which is wobbly due to bent rod and the electrical smell coming from device as if it has a short. I've checked but have found nothing. There has been one issue with serious static coming from speakers which after turning off then on went away. We have headphones plugged in so I am not sure if the speakers will be an issue again.

This is keyboard have features more than what I expected. Even though I bought a refurbished one, it's look and performance are of a newly one! The headphones were of superb quality. The stand and stool were quite handy. The keyboard itself have so many functions for a beginner to learn from.Thanks Amazon !

All the items was found in packaging and working properly, accept the stool (leg base is bend due to that its shaking & some paint is scratched).
