This product worked both for myself and son. My hair was fine but not anymore. The only issue it did change my sons hair texture and hair products which he used to use did not manage his hair anymore. So he ended up cutting it. At the time he was using this his hair was curly and past shoulder length. The gummies are very moreish and are very sweet.
