Bought for a wooden kitchen table. They are really nice but slide all over the table. Had to tack it down with a little tape.

Very disappointed the mats are not clear as description stated clear. Seem to be of good quality.

Very good placemat, just didn't like how they looked on my tablecloth. I am using in my fridge and pantry as shelf liners. Work great for that purpose.

So pleased ordered another set. Yes, these are a little frosted (not clear nor opaque) but are invisible on my frosty white countertops to protect from stains and dirt.

Clear placemats let me both show off tablecloth and keep stains away.

I love these. We had our tile countertops re-grouted and we wanted to protect them from stains, heat and water damage. We cook a great deal and have guests often. I only marked heat resistance and durability with four stars, because I have not had them long enough to accurately judge those features. So far, there hasn't been any problem with them. I can attest to five stars in all other categories. Also, they are so slim and clear that your countertops are visible and they are easily stored under towels or tablecloths. A great purchase.

We love these so much I ordered another set. They are so durable and easy to wipe up- great for regular placemat use on any tabletop and the opacity is not bad at all if there is a tablecloth- you can still see the tablecloth and it's obvious there's a clear-ish placemat on top of it but still looks great.This second set will be used for underneath potted plants that are sitting on top of different furniture tops- the mats are unobtrusive and a great way to protect solid, even surfaces. These are not meant to bear weight so I wouldn't use them on uneven or slatted surfaces.Hot, mild soapy water and a sponge to wipe them down, quick wipe with a dish towel to dry them.

I needed a crafting surface for making cards. I did not want to spend a lot on special crafting mats. I came across these mats and it seemed like this was what I was looking for. So I decided to take a chance on these and I am glad that I did. These mats are thin but durable. They are see-through so they work with any color counter top, table, etc. I arranged the four mats forming a long strip (looks like a runner) placing the mats on those grippy shelf liners to prevent the mats from slipping, sliding, and moving when I am crafting. I am extremely pleased at the way things turned out and I did not have to spend much accomplishing my crafting needs.

Purchased to go over a large calendar on my mother in laws eating tray and definitely works well!

Can't tell which is the front or back. Both sides feel the same and they do move.

They’re okay but not as advertised. First, they are not non-slip. They are very slippery. Not exactly transparent either. They have a white-ish tint to them. Not crazy about them but they’ll do for now.

I don’t know why I didn’t buy these sooner. They are great and very easy to clean! Thanks.
