Would have given this a 5 star review, but.....when I needed to use the 10mm socket, it was too big. I double and triple checked...10mm was the correct size I needed. Other sockets/wrenches did work. But not the socket from this set.Upon investigation I determined that the 10mm socket (which was labeled 10mm) is exactly the same size as the 11mm socket.I didn't take the time to see if any other sizes are incorrect. Great idea....Great quality....Wrong size?

I had just received my set today and I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit skeptical when looking through some reviews but, I check the measurement of all the scokets and they are precise! Very happy! Feel comfortable to use! Nice protective case! Will be using daily. Would recommend if you want a prerty decent socket set and don't want to spend a lot of money. Love the pass through design!

This set of pass-thru sockets/ratcheting wrench set is the best value in my view. It has both 1/4 and 3/8-in wrenches, and the sockets are from 5mm up to 22mm with all SAE sizes in between. There is also another good choice from Crescent but it only covers 3/8in (~9.5mm) to 19mm with one 3/8 wrench without extension rods. The extension rods that come with this set also make these sockets equivalent to a deep socket set. The regular socket adapters are quite handy, too. it is light-weight to carry around, yet very versatile and sufficient for most applications. Great tools.

These are tough and should last for decades. High-grade stuff, well thought out and handy. BUT if I had to order these again I would not get the black set. In dim light I find them hard to read - that's just me, but it makes a difference. If I drop one in a shaded spot it is more difficult to find immediately. The carrying case is pretty darn nice, too. No need for any other kind of tool box or storage. Pop it open and go to it. I paid $60 for this set. That's enough but worth the money.

Always wanted a set like this, I remember using my coworkers set to remove some bolts used it once a fell in love with this tool, I like the fact that you can also turn it in a Rachet you get a two for one from one set 👍👍👍

The set just arrived so I haven't used it yet, but I don't see any reason to not think they'll work great. What I really wanted to comment on was how well made and thought out the set is. The case is perfect, it arrived in its own mailer box, the contents were held in place with a foam pad. Just very well thought out with a great attention to detail. It gives me a high degree of confidence that these tools are well made and will do what I need them to do. Of course, if after I start using them for awhile and that proves not to be the case, I'll update this review, but as of now I'm really impressed.

Update. The 12mm only fits the small ratchet, so I used it, to do a brake job on a Fiesta. Trying to loosen a fairly easy bolt caused the small ratchet to lock up. Can't ratchet, can't flip reverse switch. It is a solid piece, as far as it can be used now. I have 30 year old ratchets that have taken 10 times the effort it would have taken to loosen this bolt, at least a hundred times. I am severely let down.Other than the pass through hole being too small for one thing (taking shower valve out), they seem fine. I haven’t had them long enough to report accurately on durability, but I will update if there are any problems.

I bought this set to remove a starter off of a VW Beetle. It was too tight a space for a traditional socket set and these worked wonderfully. Very durable, great case, looks good and did the trick. Even with a three-foot cheater bar on the end of the ratchet, well built!
