This adapter is just as good if not better than the OEM adapter which came with the laptop initially. The original adapter eventually wore down and the cable became exposed and shorted. I bought an aftermarket adapter from a local store because I was in a crunch to have charge, and that adapter was heavy, bulky, inefficient, and failed to keep the laptop charged when gaming despite being advertised as working with my model. This adapter has caused me no problems, and I feel like they improved the cable insulation to prevent the same issue I faced with the OEM adapter.

This charger worked fine for keeping my laptop charged during light use but if I boot up a game the charger will not provide enough power to keep the laptop charged. It will last about 3 hours until the computer dies. Save your money and buy an OEM replacement instead of this knockoff chinese crap.

It’s really stinkin’ big but any power supply at this strength will be. Actually smaller than the other one i had previously purchased from amazon that broke after one year (Ew). My only qualm is that the wrap that comes with it for the cords is very small and not efficient at wrapping them all up.

Works perfectly for my ROG laptop, and seems well built. Material seems less quality then original, and cables seems looser, but not going to pull on it to hard to find out.

This charger was high quality and good manufacture. However, it was the wrong adapter size so had to send back but overall a good product for the money.
