The people need to know the imput signal needs to be 1080p not 1080i
This is a very good product. Was simple to set up, other than the 1080i issue. Works well but seems to run very hot. Don't know if that is normal when you are streaming.I would recommend it to people. Also you need to go to youtube and set up the stream before you are ready to stream. Then you need to go to youtube on a laptop and tell it to stream live, after you see the preview. Overall Good. Gene

Best easy to configure and use encoder. Push button to start and stop streaming.
I have used lots of this, client are always very happy with ease of install and use.Compare to logging in to other encoder web interface to configure, start and stop streaming.

Will not allow audio other than HDMI
This looked like it would be easy to use, but I needed to use an external audio source from our sound board, and this was not possible with the Webcaster X2. The only audio you can use has to come from the HDMI. I sent it back. If you don't need separate audio, this may work for you.
