Arctic ZoneInsulated Collapsible Travel Cooler Holds 12 Cans (4 Ice Packs Included), Packaging May Vary

I want to be absolutely fair about this review my overall score will reflect my individual scores. I was thrilled to receive my new portable cooler, I just started a new job and needed one that could keep my things cool for long periods without refrigeration. This cooler performs that function extremely well. I put an ice style sealed drink into the cooler with several ice packs to aid in keeping them frozen. When I went to get my ice drink 6 hours later it was still very frozen and perfectly ready to be enjoyed. It has the capacity it says except for one important thing, if it is loaded fully it does not hold its durability. I had put 12 cold cans of Pepsi into the cooler and when I went to zip the cooler up, the zipper broke off. I tried to use it but without the zipper seal it just couldn't keep my items cool very long. Additionally, when I picked up the cooler fully loaded it tore the top layer of material from the cooler where the tension straps are located. I had no choice but to revert back to using my old bulkier cooler. This new cooler only lasted 2 days and 2 uses. I tried to be careful with this item so I am disappointed that it did not hold up better.

I ordered this cooler for my husband's lunch. It had good reviews with people saying it kept their food cold all day. Not sure where these people live, maybe Alaska, but in Phoenix the ice packs were warm at the end of the day. I temporarily put ice in the cooler so the food would stay cold. I went to Walmart and bought 6 small ice packs. They cost $1 each so not too bad. I froze these and added them in the 4 compartments for the ice packs and then put 2 inside the cooler. This worked out very well and when my husband gets home the ice packs are still frozen so this works much better than the ice packs included with this cooler. I would suggest if you order this cooler you go to Walmart and purchase different ice packs to keep your food cold.

Overall, the design of the cooler is straight forward and does the job of keeping things cool and portable well. The pockets with the removable ice packs works well and I like the functionality of the shoulder strap and side pockets.With that being said, it is not the most durable product and my zipper broke off after about 6 months of thorough use but I was being rough with it and shoving the 12 pack box and all into it. I was also throwing empty cans in there and cleaning out the juices later so I can speak to its leak proofness.Overall I would recommend getting this product since it works well and the ice packs themselves on amazon are about $11 already.

Bought this cooler to pack and take to Costa Rica (to store drinks, etc. when driving around)Overall happer with the size, packability and cooling, but ours did come with a tear where one of the seams wasn't sewn properly - not sure how long it will last.

Bought this for my son to use for work. He carries his cold drinks inside and they stay very cold ok day long. We did purchase other ice fillets for it bc in the summer time it gets extremely hot, I wanted to make sure his drinks were still freezing. This works so well! I’m extremely impressed with it! I’d but it again & recommend it to everyone! It’s the GREATEST!!!!

Ripped stitching and inner lining within a weeks use by a responsible adult. Usually love this brand, but really bummed at the cheapness of this product. We literally only put a soda can, some fruit in small rounded edge containers and cheese sticks. Thin inner lining ripped in 2 spots and outer stitching came apart.

I took it to the beach with me once and it tore open on the lid, exposing the foam insulation. I don't even know how that's possible given how little I used it.

Didn’t come with the ice packs so returned it.
