I am extremely pleased with this cycle.Have always been a runner but a recent health diagnosis means no more heavy pounding on my joints and something less impactive was needed to maintain long term health and to keep the weight off. I have researched what to choose extensively and narrowed it down to two cycles each within about £10 of each other. I chose right and am very pleased with my purchase. The bike is easy to put together and the instructions are simple to follow, I am not a DIY buff by any stretch and amongst cooking tea it didn't take long at all to put together. The welds on the bike appear to be very strong, I weigh 14 1/2 stone and it takes my weight easy. Height from floor to top of saddle is 36". I am 5'10" tall and it is comfortable and my knees are nowhere near the handlebars. The cycle is quiet and has a smooth movement and is now a confirmed part of my exercise regime. As I said, I've always been a runner before, but am now a definite spin cycle convert because of this bike, and I would certainly recommend it.

Try to save some money to join the gym and brought this bike recently, very glad that I made the right choice! good quality and nifty product. Good size for me and my husband, not taking too much space.

No regrets on this exercise bike. No much to complain. The only one thing needs to improve it is a small noice like bees buzz around when I stepped on and pedal it. But it is acceptable. And other details are great. Every single part of the bike are perfect! Smart design! Simple to putting together. Very worth the money. I think it could cost more. But how lucky am I bought it with this price! I used for a week now.Lazy as me still working on it! Great product!

The bicycle has been installed for more than ten days. Now this bike works well and is quiet and hopefully will give years and years of exercise programs and help saves money. Every morning, I practice for a while. Overall, a good spinning bike. If you are home gym exerciser, it's cost-effective and perfect choose. Very happy indeed. I am a new in the "spin bike world" but looking for many hours I decided to order this spin bike. The bike is of a good sturdy quality and was very easy to put together. I ordered the red model, the item is same as its description. I was pleased with this black frame. In briefly, i am very pleased that I ordered this particular bike and as already said "very happy indeed".

I recently purchased the bike and overall very happy with it,I was already fit anyway but I can't get out much at the moment so I bought this and other home gym equipment. Considering this is £100+. I decided to go give some answers and recommendations.- I'm 6'1'' and weight 143lb. I use the middle seat setting and it's perfect for me. You could adjust the seat height according to your height.- It's very easy to assemble for one person but obviously if there’s someone else get them to help I did.- It’s great if your short or space, I keep this folded up in my office and takes up very little room.- The bike came as it looked in the photo. It has the console and the handle bars. But There's no accessory table or clips for phone or tablet/ laptop.- The pulse sensors can be helpful. It helps sports effect real-time feedback. But i'm not sure whether the sensors perfect and the readings are inaccurate or accurate as you progress and start sweating it effects.- There's 8 settings on the bike. Levels 2 and 3 for a warm up and cool down is fine for my girl friend. Level 5 for my actual workout is perfect.Overall, great bike for the price you pay.Even buying one for my mother cause she’s well impressed with the bike

I was swayed towards this model as the reviews were mostly positive, but as pointed out before (and as I found out), you should give this a full once over when it arrives. Mine was damaged on arrival, the metal on the rear of the bike which attaches to the stand was bent upwards as if it had been dropped from a Height so one of the retaining bolts is inadequate, the plastic cover which covers the pedal mechanism was cracked, and when you pedal the wheel makes a racket as if it is out of alignment which is very annoying.All in all I can’t help but feel a little disappointed, and knowing what I know now, I would have probably gone for a different brand and model.
