2.0 Not as good as the originals *edit* EXTREMELY ROBUST!
I think these are still probably the best budget level earbuds out there. But the original ones were better. If you see any of the original ones on Amazon, get them instead. You won't be disappointed. The new ones only come with two sizes of rubber gaskets, the largest is about the size of the original's medium size. That's fine for me, I was a medium in the last generation. But they feel thinner and are generally not as comfortable. I can't say for sure, but I feel like the frequency response in these new ones does not go quite as low as the old ones. Also, they seem less sensitive at the lower frequencies. They still sound miles ahead of the apple earbuds, just not as good as the previous generation of Ink'd headphones. The new cable is flat, like a piece of fettuccine, all the way up to the splitter, then it splits into two slightly smaller pieces of fettuccine that go up to the buds. Kind of cool, right? Well, it would be except the cable comes wound up in a tight little ball and will never fully straighten out again. So you have two very kinky pieces of fettuccine going up to your ears. And there is no sliding "collar" like the previous generation had to hold the left and right cables together at the distance you desire. Anyway, get them if you really like the looks of the Ink'd 2.0, but the original Ink'd are better sounding and more comfortable. After a month or so:I increased my review from 3 stars to 4. These things are bulletproof. These got washed with a load of laundry, and the cord was seriously gnarled. I'll try and post a picture. Down by the plug, the fettucini looked like it got twisted around about 50 times, and the rubber jacket over the plug was torn/melted/shredded. THESE THINGS STILL WORK GREAT! After I saw them come out of the dryer, I wrote them off as broken. I plugged them in and couldn't believe my ears. Anything that can take a beating like these and still work deserves 4 stars.

Price OK, Sound Good, finish product, they can do better.
For the price I'm pretty happy with product. Headphones provide good sound and a little more bass than normal ones. Again, not the best sounds but bass is there and after trying all 3 different rubber buds I found the larger buds to close ear cavity pretty well and isolate noise. Reason why I gave it 4 stars not 5 is the integrated control needs to be produced out of better plastic. I bought this pair and another Panasonic pair and decided to take these to work to tune out all annoying noises. With that being said, after 3 days of using them after pressing play and pause on the control the piece broke into half. I'm not sure how they would have held up in an exercising environment with all that pulling and tugging and the occasional drop or falling out of ear. On the other hand, I love the cables protective finish which they advertise its tangle free. I would agreed they don't tangle as easily, but if you're in a hurry and put them away by just rolling them up and crumbling them up wires still need some playing around to get them untangled. They should say instead, minimal tangling technology rather than tangle free.

Went through the wringer. Literally.
These earbud have great sound quality. I use them traveling all the time. The most remarkable thing is that I lost my original pair after one of my flights back in January. I purchased these as replacements. After my last trip I couldn't find my new pair anywhere. After searching my luggage pockets and giving up hope I thought another place I could look are the cargo pockets in the pants I wore the night of my flight. Sure enough the new earbuds were there and in the other cargo pocket was my original pair. The original earbuds went through at least 10 wash and dryer cycles. I plugged them into my phone and the sound quality was still excellent. That has to be a testament to their quality.

Not a huge fan
I've had these for less than 6 months and the left earbud has already stopped working. The wires are rubber and durable, but being durable that way is kind of useless when the connection isn't working right. The sound quality in general kind of changed from phone to phone as it would with their different audio output specs. However, on some phones, a cheap dollar store headset actually sounded better to me.For working out, these things were difficult for me to even have in just going for walks. Since the wire is rubbery, it snags on everything pretty easily and has a chance to get yanked out of your ear anytime you turn to look at something or adjust to like push up your glasses, etc.I used to love skullcandy headphones back when I was in college, but these don't seem like the same kind of quality they used to have.

Very good sound quality
I bought these to replace some that broke. I use an iPod all the time at work so they were in use 6+ hours a night. I also bend down and move a lot so they were constantly pulled and twisted. They didn't last very long and ended up breaking via a short in the wire (I'm guessing since one ear bud stopped working). The sound quality is excellent and they are very nice looking. I have smaller ears and they were quite big even with the smallest bud on it, so after awhile my ears would hurt a bit.Pros: Sound quality, price, stylish and colorfulCons: Not good for a very active person, can get uncomfortable with extended use,I still buy replacement earbuds in this brand even though I tend to break them a lot!

Mic not good for phone calls
These are quite nice, have decent sound quality, but apparently, my callers have been saying it sound muffled when I speak, as if under water.

Pretty good.
These are nice enough - bought to chuck in with my Red PlayGo - love the colour. A smaller set of caps are included, these are perfect for my freakishy small mole-like ear canals. They also have a 24 month warranty included so that's pretty damn confident!Challenge accepted.
