PanaVise 684-101 AMPS Tipper with Adjustment Wheel,Black

Attached easily in between the dash mount plate and the cradle using 4 small Phillips head screws. Allows a fuller range of motion, and just over an inch of extension off the face of the mount plate.Note that the adjustment / tightening wheel will sit directly behind the cradle mount (with your device in it), and you will have to reach a bit more around & behind your device to reach & adjust the tightening wheel. Just a bit more of a stretch (I don't really want to describe it as more inconvenient, but...) to tighten down when adjusted than the "T Button" version (674-101), which has the cradle sitting much lower & has easier access to the locking knob which is plainly visible from the front with its "drop down" style.I still prefer this one, as it presents more of a clean look and smaller visual "footprint" from the front view (for my particular dash - in an F150) than the T-button model pic shows.

Used with a PanaVise vehicle specfic mount. Works great.

My motorcycle had a mount designed for a horizontal-mount AMPS. I needed to rotate the AMPS pattern 90 degrees to use with my Zumo 395. This mount does the job with aplomb. The adjustable tension is great. I don't see any vibrations in the GPS unit. I did need to use my own hardware to get it mounted, the included bolts weren't long enough for what I needed.

This was a critical component to the rest of the phone mounting system... in order to angle the phone directly at the viewer.Well made. Performed as expdctes.
