I like the giant size but the wig is disappointing they put some hard as a rock 80's hair gel on his bangs. Everything else the Doll the clothes the extra parasol is so nice! I will be getting him another wig for sure I do like this hair if I can get it to soften up no problem. Yes I recommend this Doll for a good purchase.

So let me start this off by saying I didn’t pay attention to the listing and expected this doll to be a lot smaller. I was surprised when I opened the box to find that he was a whopping two feet tall. I was anticipating him to find a home on my shelf with my other normally sized dolls, but now I’m going to have to figure something else out, because he is massive. This was an oversight on my part though and it doesn’t affect my opinion of the doll at all.And on the subject of my opinion, let me describe the overall quality of the doll.The overall feel of the doll is great. He feels good to hold, he is very well articulated, he can stand on his own without support, and the sculpt and paint of Edward’s face is gorgeous. I wasn’t a fan of the monocle, which was made of a cheap foam-like material, and opted to take it off (as you can see in the picture), which proved easy as it was very lightly glued on in one spot over the brow. On the one hand, that’s good for people like me who just didn’t like the look of it as it came off easily and left no blemishes or damage on the doll itself, but on the other hand, to those who may want to keep the monocle may find that it can come loose without much effort whether you want it to or not.His wig is very full and secure on his head. For those who may not know, this doll’s hair is glued on as a cap rather than being rooted within the doll’s head, something that you often find on dolls like Barbie or Monster High brands. This makes it much easier to change the hairstyle out for a different wig if you’re not a fan of the original look. As for me, I make doll wigs, so he’ll probably end up getting a new hairdo, but I’ll definitely keep his original do as it’s still very pretty on its own.Moving on to the clothes—for the most part, they look as advertised, but if you look at his left leg in the photo I took you’ll find that the pants are missing the gold emblem that are in the stock photos of this doll. However, in the real life photos in this product’s listing, the emblem is also missing, so I won’t necessarily call this false advertising—but I was a little disappointed. The quality of the clothes themselves are okay. They’re better than what you’ll find on a doll at the toy store, but the fabric still feels a little bit cheap and his pants don’t close quite all the way in the back. Still, they at least look good regardless of the quality and I’ll be keeping the outfit, so I won’t complain too much. Aside from the clothes themselves, as I mentioned the monocle was the cheapest part of this doll. The boots, however, are excellent and fit snugly around his legs and feet.Overall, despite my gripes (and sheer awe of how big he is), I’m very happy with my purchase, and I recommend Edward to anyone who’s interested in a two foot tall anime villain who can’t fit on your shelf. I just think for what I paid that gold emblem ought to have been there.

Wig is atrocious, hair is falling out. Great big bald spot. Dirty spots on arms. Lightweight, pretty clothes. It’s only okay, as a BJD collector.He has hinge joints, so not a true BJD. I would say these are good for children of resin BJD owners.He’s very cute, I’m just disappointed that his wig is falling apart.

Highly impressed with the quality for the price. He is very well made and has great posibility. His clothing is well made and he came with neat accessories. My only critique is his wig sheds very easily and has a lot of fly aways. Other than that he is a great doll. Thank you.

Pretty doll, headband with ears very flimsy. Ear fell off from me just touching it. Think it was an issue with heat and the glue got too soft. Otherwise a nice doll.

Love this doll. Very much appreciate how easy it was to change the hair and clothing.
