Q: Are the wipes individually wrapped?

No these are not individually packaged. But the package is resealable and did just fine for me even in Sierra Leone with extreme humidity.

Q: Is this 6 packs of 15 ?

I ordered in 2016 - I think it was 6 pckgs with 15 wipes each ... it works great but we only use their spray now as it works on clothes as well. These wipes are only plan B and much more costly at the end of the day

If you look carefully at the bottom right of the package image, you'll see there are 15 wipes per package. And you get 6 packages. 90 wipes total.
