Q: Can it increase height

Short answer: No. Long answer: Inversion can help relax the discs between vertebrae and give you slightly more height for a short while, much like when you first wake up. But after a time, you will return to your regular height. If you want more height, break your legs and stretch them out bit by bit (a la “Gattaca”) or purchase lifts for your shoes.

Q: Anyone tried these on a rogue fitness pull up bar?

I did it. They are really strong a useful. absolutely recommended. use a not wider than 2" diameter pull up bar

Q: i am 6' 2" and 250lbs. will these boots hold me up?

I'm 6'2" and 200 lbs and they easily hold me up. I think they specify a max weight limit, however.

Q: I want these to give me that extra edge in my ab workouts. It's always been hard to "add weight" to my ab workouts. Anyone similar? Results?
