Not a horrible shaker but they do tend to leak. If you don’t use the insert they won’t leak as much. I can at least get through a work out with them

I read all these reviews saying the filter system in these bottles do NOT work. They either left clumps, broke easily, or didn’t mix well at all. All these negative reviews and still I said “I wanna try it.”I use Naked Nutrition for all of my powder supplements. Pre workout, protein, BCAAs, all of it Naked Nutrition. If anyone knows anything about this brand it’s one thing: it’s hard to mix and most likely will leave clumps.Initially I bought this bottle pack thinking I’d try it and instantly send it back, but I was actually surprised by the result. My pre work mixture mixes perfectly with just a few shakes. Alright that’s easy enough, but what about protein mix?I put in my mixture of protein, BCAAs, and almond milk and mixed it up. First sip, yep it was clumpy. I mixed it a little more, little less clumpy, till finally one last round of shaking and it was the perfect mix.Truthfully I think it mixed better than blender bottles and they’re a lot cheaper. You just gotta mix it and not think 1-3 shakes is gonna actually mix all the powder.

There's no loop to carry around while walking jogging or running which is sometimes but not always a big deal. It would just make it better if it has a loop. The main reason I'm giving the cup a bad review is because after a few sips of whatever is in your cup it starts to leak when you drink out of the cup. I thought maybe it was because I had the lid on wrong or not tight enough and that's why but that's not the case. No matter what I do or how tight it is the lids sti leaks after drinking out of it a few times. It looks like it's leaking through the thread on the top of the cup which means the cup and the cup are not fitted together for proper use.

These shaker bottles are really good value. They clean easily, and have creative designs. I have gotten a couple chuckles and compliments on these bottles.The only nitpick I have is that the shaker mechanism - a small plastic screen at the top - needs to get pushed in a decent amount to stay in place while shaking, but after drinking, takes some force to pull out. Not a big deal, but I don't really like reaching in the cup and getting my hands dirty just to be able to clean it.Also, the powder seems to get caught in the screen itself, and not want to dissolve into the liquid when that happens. The same also seems to happen in the mouth of the lid. Not a fan of popping it open to find a chunk of undissolved powder.Overall, I think the pros still outweigh the cons, and although I have issues with the shaker screen, I haven't had a better blending solution from other bottles, so these are still worth getting.

Definitely add the metal ball protein shakers to insert so it mixes it right. The strainer that it comes with does not actually help with getting rid of that. You'll be left with clumps

Good price for what you get. Always need a backup bottle.

I've worked out for a long time, and thus, have gone through countless shaker bottles for my preworkout and protein. Literally all of them shared the same characteristic. Either the lid or cup would eventually lose its shape from the dishwasher and not seal or even fit together.I purchased a typical popular "name brand" shaker in LA when I was filming MasterChef, and that one didn't even last 3 months before the lid actually came apart at a seam. I had probably used that one less than 20 times.So, I purchased these with minimal expectations, and let me tell you. They have not become warped and look the same as if I had just purchased them. Planning to purchase a second set and throw all the other old ones away. Great product! Make some more quotes on the bottles!

I’m sad. The first set I purchased were perfect-design and all functionality. The second set I purchased a month later almost every one leaks in some way.
