I never knew such a thing existed, but let me tell you, I love them! These grill mats are great, they keep the best of grilling: the flavor and do away with the problems of grease flare ups and over cooking. My first time using them, I just used one mat to cover half the grill and experimented by putting half the the boneless chicken breast on the mat and half on the grill as usual. As you can see, I still got "grill marks" but my chicken was saved from being overly crisp/charred and the chicken on the mat was actually juicier because the liquid stayed on the mat. The next time I grilled I did tilapia fish fillets (which are pretty fragile to grill because they fall apart easily) and shrimp on skewers. I used 2 mats to cover the entire grill surface and was very happy with the results. Both times I kept the grill at half temperature and flipped the grill items only once. The mats held up well to the heat and washed off easily with soap and water. There is some discoloration on the mat, but that is to be expected. They seem very durable and are a great value with 5qty in the package. From now on, I'll use these with all my grilling!

This was the best deal on Amazon & Ebay! Arrived fast and just as described. Comes with 5 mats so I cut one to fit my toaster oven metal rack and I cut one to fit my toaster oven baking tray (make it over sized by 1" on all sides so the mat goes up the sides so juices don't run under the mat onto the tray). The other 3 are for my cookie sheets. The clean up is super easy as things wipe right off. Love it! I use these mats when I'm cooking things that stick to foil like shake and bake chops & chicken, cheese crisps, pizza (especially ellios), french fries, tator tots, fish sticks, chicken tenders and dozens of other things I want a little extra crispy. Great for cooking squash too! Cut in half, scoop out seeds and brush with olive oil. Cut side down and bake until soft. Just did acorn squash yesterday. Perfection. I'm cautious baking cookies because the cookies tend to cook a little faster and the bottoms do get a little browner than when baking with parchment paper. So keep a close eye on your cookies when using these. Love Love Love these baking mats. I barely use foil anymore!

These are good grilling mats. The basting brushes are smaller than you think. I kind of laughed when I saw them but I have used them for smaller jobs and they work better than I thought and easy to clean.

My family loves to barbecue on the weekends to have sit outside our patio and talk. We marinate our meat Friday or Saturday then grill it Sunday for lunch or dinner. This grill mats was put to the test last Sunday and it never fail us, very happy. My wife doesn’t like to grill meat on the grill but loves it over charcoal and I don’t . I feel like particles of charcoal sticks to the meat and even the smell of kerosene to burn the charcoal is on the meat too. This grill mats is the perfect solution to it. This particular grill mat is very easy use, heat transfer is awesome and retains the heat very well, wow. The most important thing is cleaning it is easy. Love it.

I’m so glad I bought these!!! I've used it around 10 times so far. I never had early durability issues. The taste stays the same and the clean up process is very easy. Simply wash it off under warm water with a sponge and dish soap. I've used this with shrimp, broccoli, tomatoes, salmon, hamburgers and steaks. This protects my grill very well (I used to spend hundred dollars every 3-4 years due to heavy wear) These mats will never go wrong unless you don’t follow the instructions.

Great product. The whole box should last me a long time, and I like the included brushes too. Easy to clean with a little Dawn and water. Got it delivered the day after I ordered it. Much appreciated.

If you use any type of marinade, it will be tough to get off of the mats. It chars it and you are left with black residue on the mat. I was hoping it would come off easier than mats I've used in the past. It's still a good product. It keeps marinade from getting on your grill and keeps flare up from happening at all. Just wished everything just slid right off after the cooking was done.

Cut to fit your air fryers pots and pan and everything else you would use parchment paper for. Everything still browns up on the bottom with these mats and nothing sticks to it. So beware that your freshly made cookies don’t slide off of the mat and unto your floor!! Dishwasher safe, so cleanup is easy. They don’t disappoint!
