Remote acts slow
This is a great blu-Ray player the only issue I have with it is the fact that if the system is left on too long it will shut off, and that causes the remote to act up by running slower than normal. This only happens for a few minutes than it goes back to notmal

So far so good. After reading many other people's comments, I was a little worried. I've not experienced any major issue outside of it not being able to pick up our WiFi network so not being able to watch Netflix is very disappointing. That said, it's a nice machine.

Ordered this as a player for a computer system. It is not intended for desktop systems. The product description did not make that clear.Can't give an opinion as it could not be used with a computer system.The item was returned without any issue.

HDMI cord not included
It works great, but I was disappointed it did not come with all the cords. I guess it's a ploy to spend an additional $20 for an HDMI cord.

I love my Sony DVD player
I love my Sony DVD player. The only problem I have with it is sometimes it takes forever to load Netflix don't know if it's the player or wifi.

If only I could go back in time and not buy this piece of garbage. There's a reason it's 50% off. First off, it's impossibly slow. How can a DVD player be so slow? Boggles the mind. Secondly, the remote is designed poorly and illogically. And don't think to refer to the instruction manual....it doesn't come with one. You have to download that sucker. So enjoy that. Amazon wouldn't let me post zero stars so I gave it one. Unless you enjoy headaches and wasting time trying to get your electronics to work....do not buy this product.

Not as advertised
The product as listed on the Amazon site said that it would be loaded with NetFlix and other movie settings. This was not so. When I went to connect to the Internet, product would not. I am very upset that the product did not come programmed as indicated in the product description.

This is the one, get it!
Absolutely love this product! It's compact, but powerful. Setup took less than a minute. I was able to create and log into a Sony account right on the device which enable access to many other streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Vimeo and Pandora just to name a few. Great purchase. 100% Recommend!
