I feel fortunate to still have enough hair to enjoy this luxury military brush in middle age. I never realized that brushing didn't have to mean suffering. This actually feels good. I remember my best friend's hot older sister in the 1980s going on and on about brushes and suddenly realize she was right!

I love this brush. I don't know why I waited so long to finally order one, maybe it was the pricetag?Anyway, I understand that you get what you pay for and this brush's quality is noticeably better than the cheap brush I had been using. The stiff bristles can probably power through any mass of hair a human being is capable of growing. It handles my beard with ease.The only thing keeping this from being 5-star rated at the moment is that it's shedding some bristles. I hope that this is only because it is new and will stop soon. I use this primarily to deal with my ever-growing beard, which it excels at. I just hope my beard oil isn't whats causing the loss of bristles.I'll update this in a couple of months and if the shedding stops, I'll bump it up to 5-stars. If the oil turns out to be a problem, I will be pretty disappointed. My cheap brush has no problems with the oil, but it also uses synthetic bristles vs. the natural boar bristles found in this brush.

Awesome brush and it’s my go 2 for everyday beard care. This has a stiff bristles and it gently massages your hair. It’s been few years since I purchased this and none of the bristles have fallen. I use a brush cleaner for dry cleaning and once in 6 months I use mild shampoo to clean the brush and immediately use blow dryer on it. This brush is class apart and a perfect choice for any beardsmen. Honestly it just tames the unruly hairs and keeps your beard tidy. Killer brush. #kent #beardbrush

Please keep in mind, this hair brush is a luxury product. Hair brushes can be had for much much cheaper. What makes this one worthwhile for me? It's larger, almost twice a large as cheap drugstore brushes. It's a real handful. The wood base is very nice to look at and very nice to the touch. The wood graining is just gorgeous and it feels silky smooth. The bristles are very stiff, almost too stiff at first. It takes a little getting used to. You have to use a light touch to brush your hair. After you use this brush, other brushes seem too limp. I've used mine for about two years now and it still looks like it did the day I bought it. It should last forever. It gives me joy using it daily. How many other everyday products can you say that about?

Excellent product made in England. Beautiful construction. Works best when you have 2 to simultaneously groom your hair.
