This should be used as per the quantity specified per container and mixed with the soil. It does have a very strong neem smell. I got rid of ants and flies with this and neem helps with retaining nitrogen in the soil which is essentially for lush growth. A word of caution: Since it is a non - composted product, white fungus can arise on contact with water but, it does not harm the plant. Keep the plant in an area with good air flow and if you've added this to the top layer of the soil, gently work it into at least 1 inch of the top layer of soil. Do not over water your plant.

I purchased this product for myroof top garden but no improvement is seen after using this.

This is much better, and has higher oil content than the other more- visible brands. I wish there was an option for wholesale quantities.
