It’s very sturdy but I did struggle with putting it on my low ceilings but i to it to work no damage I’ve already done plenty of tricks on it so yea it’s good

So far so good ! It arrived quickly & was easy to assemble there is an instruction manual & a video that accompanies it on YouTube you can watch to see things a little clearer. My ceilings are about little under 9 ft. I used a stud finder to place it btwn beams in the ceiling. It comes with an extension but I didn’t need it . It has not messed up my ceiling at all so far . I did find it tricky to get the pole perfectly straight by myself & tighten it . As you turn to tighten it to the ceiling it must be straight. This took awhile I would Highly suggest having someone assist with this part !! Even used a level tool to ensure it was balanced & straight correctly. It does loosen over time with using it & having heat on in the house etc etc I do have to tighten it before using it . It cleans easy . I use a microfiber cloth & lil alcohol. I have used dry hands for grip also purchased on amazon & it works well. I have used static mode mostly but spin here & there . The parts seem ok but I did wonder about how the metal threads inside the parts will hold up & remain rust free . I did spray them with a spray for metal thread I bought at Walmart so far no rust but I have only had it for 2 months. I’m new at it so I haven’t done any inverts & honestly that is where my concerns lay . Climbing, spins, pole seats, so far it’s super sturdy & it hasn’t moved while I was on it but idk how it will hold to inverting constantly. I’m 5’3 fluctuating bwtn 150- 160lb after gaining some lbs while increasing my protein & calories to strength train ( trying to get this down:) ) For now it works since I’m a newbie but eventually sooner than later I’ll have to spring for an xpole or lupit $$$$ since I’m now practicing 5-6 days a week not sure how long this pole will hold up to that much use, but I’d say for now it definitely works . I’d highly recommend it. Fyi the box is super heavy so if your not there with strength get help with bringing it in your home if it has to go upstairs. Mine is set up on carpet & no issue thus far. The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE #2: Communication with the seller has been outstanding. After sending me the $20 refund they asked that I change my rating. Since i like to be thoroughly honest I told them I wouldnt change my rating on a product I never got to use so they sent me another pole free of charge! I was able to easily assemble the pole and it works great. Having a harder time taking it apart, but I appreciate their communication and diligence to solve the problem and stand behind their product. I would recommend, just need to figure out how to get the pole apart!~ otherwise very pleased.UPDATE: the seller sent me a $20 refund for a pole I spent $140 on and can’t really use. But they have bugged me and begged me to update or delete my review so here it is. They did attempt to fix the problem which I appreciate tremendously. But I’m still out of $120 so I’m not quite sure how that helps me. Customer service is great but honestly the product is frustrating.I cannot put this thing together. I can’t even get past the first step. Before even attempting to put the pole up I checked all the individual pieces and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them rusted out in the middle. It looks like the pole is a little used but it’s bone dry inside and there’s rust. I’m not sure if the rust is what’s giving me trouble connecting E to A but I can’t get the poles connected to one another. I definitely got what I paid for which is a piece of junk! I really needed this pole by today and I can’t even use it at all. Not to mention the video is so useless and so are the instructions. The how to video doesn’t walk you through it really they just throw it up without hardly any clear explanation of what’s going on but you can catch the gist. I’m just very frustrated to waste money on something I can’t even use once. Not to mention this pole never would’ve lasted with all the rust that’s inside of it anyway! Don’t even waste your money or risk your safety

Edited/updatedThe original review is at the bottom. The company was amazing at replacing and hearing my issue with the item. I sent them the pics and a video of the malfunction. Afterwards they replaced my pole with a new one and I even received it faster than than the original item. I’ve now had it for over a month and I wanted to make sure that I could give a review of how everything works. Assembly. Very easy. Watch the YouTube video. Spin and static modes. I rarely use spin currently but it does spins fine and smoothly. Static, once in awhile I need to tighten the screws on the base but that’s nothing bad. I’m a beginner and I got this pole because I wanted to practice basic drills and routines when at home and between weekly classes. Taking the pole down. Not difficult at all. I intentionally took it down and put it back up just to make sure I could. Also I weigh 220lbs. So the pole holds my weight when I climb and attempt tricks.TBH The item has been great. And I’ve enjoyed it immensely.Original review - Unpacked it and it doesn’t fit together. The screw in pole A is defective and doesn’t fit into part E. The “screw” in A is not shaped the same as the slot for E
