It's perfect and simple to install. My children love it, it's been used for a few months now and I can't fault it. It stretches a little with time but it's expected and it's easy to turn the adjustment fixing to tighten if needed.

This was a quick painless solution for putting a zip wire in the garden. Getting the slack out a broom & a few friends definitely the easy way. Would recommend this.

Half hour to install, great product and kids love it...

Easy to set up and works well. The kids love it . Some of the eyelet connectors are a little large for the bolt couplings but will all fit together with a little persuasion

Thé length of wire doesn’t match the description it was 6 metres shorter than stated.

Not the best cable wire! Snapped this morning with child on it! Lasted less than 18months!But the plastic seat and handle still sturdy, so will just have to replace the cable with a stronger less rusted/corroded wire that comes in the box.

Montage muss man zu 2. erledigen. Ansonsten recht einfach zu erledigen.Kinder sind überglücklich. Qualität scheint sehr gut zu sein.

**Update!** After writing the one star rating below the company quickly got ahold of me regarding the promised replacement pieces, which I then recieved in less than a week. Apparently they had been out of the office and my second email about shipping ETA and tracking number had been overlooked. (Why the parts weren't sent after the first communication with them is unknown). I will still give the product four stars because the zipline itself is doing what I wanted it to do and the kids love it. I believe we just got the one lemon of a turnbuckle, otherwise it would have been perfect from the start. I would not give it a full 5 stars because of the problems with the communication with the company. Overall though, it was a good buy and one I do not regret.Original rating:We bought the 50 ft zipline which did not come with a seat. It was pretty easy to install with two adults. It had one major safety issue....the turnbuckle seemed to be defective. We had it all set up and tighten and were ready to fly. But any pressure on the line caused the turnbuckle to spin almost completely unsrewing itself. MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN!! We immediately contacted the company via email and happily got a speedy response. They promised to send a new turnbuckle and a seat for our troubles. That was weeks ago and we have recieved nothing. I sent a second email asking about delivery and a tracking number and have had no reply. My guess is they are waiting for the return window to close so they don't lose any money from us returning the zipline. Bottom line is if there is a problem don't expect any real help from the company. Besides the turnbuckle, everything else seems to work fine. We were so excited about the zipline ( and expected a new turnbuckle soon) we did replace the defective turnbuckle with a heavy duty clasp rated for 1900 lbs. (Not taking any chances). It works but you can't get the line as tight as you would with the turnbuckle. But even with the slight slack it works great for the kids. And an old swing worked for the seat. I will update my review if we ever receive the promised new turnbuckle and seat. Just disappointed a company made empty promises.

Zip line works great. The kids love it ages 3-13 using it. Adults have tried it as well and it holds up great for all. Check all connections after break in to tighten anything that loosened. It stays up 24/7 and no damage from being out in weather. Have had up for several months now.Wish it would have come with a seat but I did make my own which works just as well rather than paying another $70 and a break should be standard. I made a break as well but will likely invest in a spring break one day. I use a rope with a block attached toward end of run. rope runs to another tree and stretches enough to slow you down before end post. Did not take long to set up and I did it by myself. I run it from a 8' tree house to a 8" round post 16' long buried 5' in concrete. I would recommend it for the price but wish I'd looked some more to see how much more one with a break system was in comparison.

We bought this zipline for our 7 and 8 year old kiddos for Christmas. The box says it takes 5 minutes to install which is obviously a hilarious lie, it took about an hour. I love this thing! It is way longer than I thought it would be, it covers the span of our whole front yard. The kids absolutely love it and I, ahem, have been known to ride on a it a few times myself. With a generous 250 lb. weight limit, I don't feel like it will explode at any moment when I ride it. If you want a good, long, zipline for your kids, buy this one.
