Absolutely Terrible experience
I had several problems. One cosmetic that wasn't that big of a deal. The cover did not want to seat correctly over the power cord causing a bend in the final cover placement. The BIG problem was either a defect or very poor construction. The motor "cluncked" and flexed at the pivot point during operation. When the anchor mode was used when it would turn on and off the slop in the hinge point would cause a loud cluncking noise. Even when it was completely turned off and we were in the slighest of 3 inch waves the motor shaft would flex and it would clunck! So loud it would cause the Asian Carp fish to get scared and jump in the pontoon boat when were just floating with nothing in the boat turned on except the fish finder. Totally unacceptable. I have been a long standing customer of Amazon Prime and the return process for this item seems to not be at all smooth and friendly to the customer. the Seller does not want to take it back and at this point I just got a letter from "Frank" at Amazon who tells me to contact the manufacture over these problems. I purchased this less than two weeks ago. This is not a manufacture's issue this is a "New sales" issue and defective. I hope Amazon changes their position and comes to my defense.

Misleading does not come with foot pedal

Doesn't come with a foot pedal
For those that are complaining that it doesn't come with a foot pedal you should have done better research. I knew they don't come with a foot pedal. If you would have gone to Minn-Kota website and looked over the product you would have learned they do not come with a foot pedal. The product pictures also show that it does not operate by foot pedal. Don't complain if you don't perform due diligence.

The foot Pedal is not included as shown in picture, this was very disappointing. You would think that it would come as shown in the picture.
