I have taken turmeric for years to help with chronic pain. I had recently heard the combination of turmeric and black pepper was even more effective, so I decided to try it. It works so much better with the black pepper. I used to be in pain halfway through my work day, but with the added black pepper, I am feeling great for at least 12 hours!

I have been using it for a little over 2 years. I had knee surgery, and had to stop all of my OTC meds. After about 4 days after surgery, I noticed my ankles swelling up, so I called my Dr. he asked me if I was still taking the tumeric, I said I stopped, and he said to get back on it..3 days later all the swelling was gone!! GREAT product!!

Helps with pain in hands from arthritis

I wasn't familiar with the manufacture but was willing to give it a try since it was less expensive than others. It seems to have helped with arthritis in the knees. I take it twice a day and haven't had any problems with heartburn.

I've taken this turmeric supplement every day for the last few years and have enjoyed the benefits. Many turmeric supplements are mixed with other ingredients but this is straight turmeric and black pepper (for absorption). Will definitely continue to order for some time. Price is amazing too!

I have been taking this Swanson Turmeric/black pepper supplement for a long time. Even my Dr. finally caught up & told me I should take Turmeric. I smiled & told him “I have been taking it for a very long time!” The only thing I would change is to make it even more affordable? I buy most of my supplements from Swanson’s & find them to be very good. Recommend them to my relatives and friends.
