A well-made product that functions as advertised. Great for lower back decompression. I found that by sucking in my stomach when putting it on, the belt would get tighter and decompress more effectively. Do not overinflate. An indicator of too much pressure is tingling or burning sensation in legs and feet. Luckily, the belt pressure is very easy to adjust.

It soothes sciatic waist pain

I am currently in the middle of a two month bout of severe sciatic pain. An MRI shows a 4 mm bulge at L4 L5, contacting the L5 nerve root. of course trying to get in to have anything done about. It is a huge waiting game with our broken medical system. I am having a epidural injection next week into my spine and that has taken two months to get. I received this item 3 days ago and it actually does help the pain comes back within 30 minutes to an hour of taking it off, but with that being said, just the fact that it helps to relieve the excruciating pain I have been in while I have it on is worth it’s weight and gold. There is no position that I can get into where I get relief and now I can have relief at least for a little while and anyone who has been in my position knows exactly what I’m talking about. At night I put it on as low as I can right at hip level and leave it there for a half hour or so, and then slowly move it up just to fully decompress the lower portion of my spine , I would recommend this device to anyone who was going through severe pain and see if it works. And it’s Amazon, so if it doesn’t, you can return it!

This belt is amazing. When I first bought this, I didn’t really feel anything and I gave up on it. But I found out my body was inflamed and so the decompression didn’t really help as much as the all the blood flow was still hitting my sciatic nerve. After I reduced the inflammation in my body, I was still suffering from sciatica- the leg pain. I tried so many other things until finally I decided to try it again. Well thank God that I did. Because this time, I felt the separation and the relief!!!! I started wearing it when I would feel pain, and the relief is so unbelievable. I wear it all day and I’m able to do the things I need to do. I still need to take sitting breaks as I’m still healing, but I don’t need to sit for long. I can’t sit long anyways for now. It’s really easy to use. Easy to inflate and deflate without hurting yourself more to do so. This helped me so much and I hope that it would help you the same.

45 minutes. That's how long this lasted. I pumped it up, put it on, ate some lunch, liked how it felt, got into my car, and then towards the end of my drive I hear and feel a massive "pop" in my lower back. Scared the heck out of me. I instinctively wiggled my legs to see that I wasnt paralyzed. (which is funny now in hindsight, but it was a REALLY loud pop and I FELT it) Now the product tells you if you over pump it, air will leak out on its own. Wellllllllll, not so much with the one I got. I really had high hopes for this, maybe I got a defective one, but regardless, this is what happened yesterday. You can look me up, I dont think I've ever given a bad review. I sincerely hope this works better for you than for me.

The belt itself works well and I find that the mild amount if lift that it provides is enough to be beneficial, and provide some relief. Unfortunately, the connector that is used for the inflation is non-standard & proprietary and will not accept a normal type of bicycle pump or other small pump. I suppose the idea might have been to provide a secure connection, but the result is that it's unique as far as I am aware. If you are considering this product, please be aware that if you lose or damage or otherwise need to replace the pump, it may be difficult to find a pump from any other source. Not recommended. When I need to replace the belt, I will not be reordering the same model.

I have to admit that I rarely try anything as soon as I get it to the point that it may not be opened until the return period is over, Opps. But this device was recommended by my physical therapist so within a few days it was on my body and pumped up. And it worked. It was firm with out being totally unbearable, but still something that I have to get use to wearing. In Arizona we don't like to add anything to our body to increase the heat ;) so I've been using it for short periods and hopefully when Fall finally comes to my area I'll be using it more often. But it is something that I'll only be using at home, it's really not suitable outside of the house. P.S. I did answer a question about the length, and I was mistaken because it came with an adapter and not where you need to buy extra Velcro.

Excellent product, more than what I expected.i done usually inflate it , i am not sure if inflation will help with time . But without inflation it is really excellent to have. Helped a lot . Recommend it

Articulo recomendable para personas que padecen de dolores lumbares o de ciática crónicos o agudos. Cumple muy bien con la misión de fijar la zona lumbar, más difícil de valorar es el estiramiento de las vertebras y su eficacia en reducir una hernia de disco si la hay. No es incomodo, pero si aparatoso para salir con él a la calle, salvo que uses una sudadera o ropa ampliamente holgada. Puedes usarlo tambien para proteger la zona lumbar en situaciones en que vayas a realizar trabajos de esfuerzo como levantar peso o torsiones forzadas. Salvo en fases agudas, no es recomendable su uso por mucho tiempo diario, sobre dos horas, no más, ya que su uso continuado, al igual que los corsé o fajas ortopédicas, puede debilitar nuestra musculatura lumbar principal protección de estas patologías. La calidad del material parece buena. esperemos que duren tiempo sin romperse las celdas que se inflan de aire.

Ich habe chronische Probleme LWS und bin begeistert das ich diesen Gürtel entdeckt habe. Bisher hatte ich immer nur die "normale" Bandage vom Orthopäden, welche leider nicht geholfen hat, da die unbequem ist, verrutscht und einfach nur weh tut und einschränkt, also keine wirkliche Hilfe und Unterstützung. Dieser hier ist super, er unterstützt und hilft wirklich ohne groß zu stören, verrutschen oder einzuengen. Ich kann ihn wirklich nur empfehlen bei LWS Problemen.

Blessée au sport la semaine passée, j’ai dû passer un scanner. On a découvert que mes 3 derniers disques lombaires sont abîmés (dont un totalement absent! et que les vertèbres sont remplies d’arthrose. Une des solutions pour améliorer la situation c’est de décompresser les lombaires afin de soulager la pression des vertèbres les unes contre les autres (le rôle du disque normalement). Essayee hier pendant 3h, un vrai soulagement. Je l’ai déjà remise ce matin au réveil tellement je sens la différence. Elle est très très très grande, donc je pense que niveau taille ça peut être un grand éventail. Je fais 75cm de tout de taille et 87 de tour de hanche et je la serre à son « maximum » Ravie de cet achat.
