Frigidaire TRIMKITEZ2 Trim Kit for Tall Door Twins, Stainless Steel

Our package came as a Electrolux trim kit however after calling was informed that Fridgidaire and Electrolux are the same company. Looks great and was somewhat easy to install after watching a youtube video on it.

I ordered this item and got a boat trailer part....Not sure how this got confused......Also item was stated as new so i knew it was not in the boat trailer box... Also pieces of the trim kit are 72 inches and the boat trailer box was barley 60 inches in length. Not happy

Great deal compared to Home Depot and came with top trim. Fit my fridgedaire gallery set. Be aware the bottom rails need to be installed to get the bottom trim on and raised the units up About 2 inches. I had to re trim my top cupboards as a result.

I was concerned when the package arrived and it looked like hell. I was surprised that even with the seemingly inadequate packaging everything was unharmed with the exception of a little corner of trim that was easily bent back.Everything went together well, the instructions were a little vague, could have explained what to do and include some better pictures...I thought I needed to lay both units down and bolt them together then tip them up, but this is not the case, you simply bolt the legs with nice rollers to each unit separately then move them in front of the hole and bolt them together. The leveling system is pretty cool, allows for some pretty major variations in the floor, we have about a 1/2" slope!Why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I trimmed the 4" off each side piece as the instructions told me to, and the trim is now too short since I had to level the fridge. If I would have waited and measured I would have trimmed it to fit perfectly, but there's just an extra inch at the bottom nobody's going to notice....Something else they don't mention is if you have a hole in between the 75" opening and the 79" tall opening you can trim the lager upper piece to fit whatever you want. I'm going to trim the top piece in half and have a shorter upper trim piece that will look better than the solid trim piece.OH, and the instructions that came said Electrolux instead of Frigidaire, I called customer service and confirmed that the sizes of the units are the same as well as the color of the trim.

I hesitated buying this kit but am so glad I did. Not only does it keep the units from sliding around from frequent opening, but it also gives them a built in look. My husband was able to install it in a little over an hour, but it wasn't easy so if you aren't handy I highly recommend having someone install it for you.

Please be aware that this is NOT compatible with the NEW model of the Fridgidare Professional Fridge and freezer units, even though both of the new trim kit and the old trim kit have the SAME model number!

This really makes the Frig/Freezer units look built it. No issues with assembling the product or attaching it to the Frig and Freezer. The only item that gave be pause was that all of the documentation and the box said Electrolux. I was worried that this was for the Electrolux Frig/Freezer but I had no issues with it fitting the Frigidaire. High recommended!

This trim kit worked great and makes the two units look just like one big unit. The kit came with everything we needed, and good instructions for putting everything together. My husband and I installed it in one evening.
