Bought the frames to house some prints I’d bought and they really do the job .The Perspex glass looked bubbly but comes protected with film on both sides and when peeled off was perfect much better than glass .I am very pleased with them

I always tend to steer clear of products described as "shabby chic" as that is a long version of shabby. I bought a couple of these as a last-minute gift to frame some photography as they were the only ones which could be delivered in time. For me they looked awful, cheap and plasticky. They're OK from a distance but close up not so good. I wouldn't buy them again.Construction-wise, they're well made and the "glass" is nicely clear.

So disappointing!Just taken delivery of this frame (large poster size) and it's falling to bits - snapped in half on two sides and one corner is coming apart. The MDF backing has split by the vertical hanger and the box had also been punctured, though happily(!) the perspex underneath is intact. Lucky it's anti-shatter!Annoyed with myself as I read previous reviews reporting the same, but decided to give the benefit of the doubt as it might have been a one-off issue (it's also so difficult to find nice frames for large posters without paying for bespoke). How wrong I was! The shoddy material used is not fit for purpose. It's probably fine for a small frame, but doesn't stand up to the lengths required for large format items.Definitely learned my lesson - avoid false economies!

Although I've had to pay for the postage, they still worked out better including P&P (may not be the cheapest though I cannot confirm) than some other suppliers of the similar frames so I'm happy with them. I wanted perspex front rather than glass and the finishing colour matches very well with my existing frames.

...I bought three of these A3 frames and while two are perfect, one is a little smaller than the others for some reason. Just a few millimetres smaller, which was a bit of a pain. Rather than have to pay to return and replace the frame, I just trimmed one of my A3 prints ever so slightly to get it to fit (the prints were all identical sizes so I know it's that one frame that's smaller). I've mounted the frames far enough apart that you wouldn't notice that one was very slightly smaller than the others - so it's fine for me, but if you were hanging them closer together it might be more obvious.

This frame is exactly what I wanted. The size is perfect and has just the right 'look' for my painting. I was pleased to see it was not perfectly white, but is a soft creamy colour. I am also happy that the front is not glass, but no-one would ever know. On more than one occasion I have received broken glass through the post.The frame is very good value for money, and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

We bought this frame to use at a function, it is lightweight and made of plastic. Unfortunately it is also very fragile.The first frame arrived broken at 3 out of 4 corners, which I returned to Amazon and received a refund for.The second frame arrived intact, but after it slipped less than a foot to the floor, the corner fractured.I contacted the company to complain that this frame was not fit for purpose- who advised Amazon were responsible for replacing the product. I disagreed with this as I felt the product was badly designed. The company have stopped replying to my emails and did not offer replacement.As I have experienced two broken frames (and see another customer has also recently had two broken frames) I can only suggest you avoid. Which is unfortunate as the frame looks good.

Beautiful frame! I brought his frame as a birthday present and it was stunning. I added the flowers + silver on the detailing a to give it an extra pop. It’s sturdy, looks a lot more expensive than it is. Fit the A3 picture perfectly. I’d definitely recommend it!
