Tiptree Puddings have already been cooked so they only need warming up rather than the 2 and1/2 hour time needed to steam uncooked. About 45 minutes should do it. You can test the pudding with a skewer to see if it is done and patch up the hole with a bit of aluminum foil. They should have included warming instructions in the package but may have missed your box.

Roughly 1 1/2 to 2 hours of steaming for the 1 pound pudding. For the larger 2 pound version, 3 1/2 to 4 hours is appropriate. Wilkin & Sons' puddings are so worth the time, effort and money.
