Worked very well for me and my neck and shoulder issues plus keeps you cool too, a great buy

It's a very comfy pillow. I'm a front/side sleeper and my only very slight negative is that I personally think it's a touch thinner than I'd like, but I sleep with only one pillow, and I've still slept very well on this one. My shoulder used to ache when I woke up, and it's not at the moment. I don't find it particular cool, but maybe that's my pillow cases? I love the fact that I can clean its case easily too. I do think it's expensive at around £50... But, if this pillow lasts 2 years, that works out around 7p per night. That puts it in perspective really.B+ grade from me.

WOW! Treated myself to my first premium pillow for my 32nd birthday and I’ve been missing out for my entire life! I was sceptical at first about other reviews but but the bullet and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY! It’s such a great height and doesn’t sink like a stack of supermarket pillows. It’s definitely medium-firm but it’s a perfect balance. It really is cool to touch too and doesn’t get too warm throughout the night. After my first night on this I woke up with a lot less pain in my neck and back. I can’t wait for all the nights of happy sleeping that lay ahead ^_^

Slept like a baby.

Great balance between soft and firm. I liked it so much that I bought a second one for my husband. Really does feel cool to the touch, as advertised!

Really don’t like this pillow it’s hard has no give in it and didn’t find it cooling would not buy again
