If anybody rates this bag with anything less than five stars, they must be talking about the wrong bag. I have been extremely impressed with this bag so far. I carry a large amount of heavy equipment which gets thrown in the back of a car and move around a lot. The shoulder strap has been very durable. The zippers are thicker and stronger than I thought. The bag is definitely large enough to handle the equipment I carry. Having the extra exterior pockets is very useful. I am extremely impressed with this purchase and highly suggest this product for anyone needing to carry equipment or items on a regular basis. This duffel bag is amazing. I got this as a Christmas gift from my amazing wife. I will be using it on our next camping trip. There are several pockets on the front and side for all of my gear and the inside picket is large enough to fit clothes for the two of us. My favorite feature is on the bottom of the duffel. There is a zippered pouch that holds two backpack straps. Opposite the straps are two more small zipper pouches that hide clips for the straps to attach to. It's an amazing feature for an already cool bag!

Great, and just as pictured. LOADS of pockets, it is indeed convertible to a strangely sitting but fairly comfortable backpack, and a great size for an overnight bag for us bigger guys, with pockets enough to store all your toiletries. Would also make a good traveling tool bag. Not my biggest duffel bag by any means, but still very big at 30" with a cavernous main compartment, and at least 10 significant-sized pockets. None great for holding a tablet; you'd likely have to put those in the main compartment; but a good size for most anything else. It does feel a bit on the flimsy side, but that's probably more from the weather-resistant coating on the inside than from any faulty fabrication. All in all it has the feel of a good, solid, masculine (yeah, I said it. it's masculine.) piece of luggage. And yes, it has both backpack-style straps that stow inside the bottom of the bag and an over-the-shoulder duffel style strap. Versatile, spacious, and pockets galore! Also several D-rings, so do yourself a favor and grab some carabiners or paracord to lash a pillow or raincoat on top! Update: Still going strong! I'm a pretty big guy, so "overnight" bags are rarely worth it. This, However, will comfortably hold a week's clothing and a laptop in the main compartment with the additional pockets handling toiletries and cables and even headphones and shoes easily. This has become my go-to bag for travel and has been tough, spacious, and durable. I still have yet to find anything that won't fit, or feel like it's at risk of breaking. Buy one! Final update: 8 years of very hard use later, one of the side pockets ripped. Highly recommend.

good quality bag. great for camping or going to the range. fits my tent, extra rope, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, an extra big sheet, a tarp, clothes, food, shovel, first aid kit, fishing gear, rain gear, fire starting gear, snares, a little portable heater, my compass, my knives and sharpeners, 100 ft paracord, my handgun and ammo and still room to spare. i highly recommend this duffel-backpack. it makes a huge backpack but i have everything i could possibly need in it.

Seems like a nice bag, Lots of places to put things, Seems to be built well , will be putting it throughs it paces on a long trip in a few weeks, but all in all , great price for a versatile travel bag that looks to be well constructed. Description and color of the bag were correct.

This bag is fully loaded! This is heavy duty duffle bag that can carry everything you have and then some. Best large bag I have ever purchased. This bag is can be carried as a shoulder bag, a back pack, and the hand straps. Worth the money.

Great overnight or weekend bag. Loads of pockets for EVERYTHING. Very durable but still stylish. Only wish it came with a hard shape retaining floor. Fixed that by cutting the shipping box to fit the bottom. Works great.

** update this just happened with this bag. Seem split while walking! Not happy about this quality Bought bag and was supposed to include free flashlights however they were not included for some reason and neither was the solid bottom insert..... slightly disappointed. Bag otherwise seems fine
