Good unit for diy's and small repair shops
So far so good.Comes in one box some assemble is required ,don't worry you don't need to be a rocket scientist to put this together just a little know how.Hoses are strong and of good quality.Note unit comes with a air filter but u need to get a air regulator to adjust your shop pressure.Max air pressure on this unit is 125 psi do not exceed this.I figured both relief valves on each tank are set to 125psi to prevent over pressure above the 125psi specified. Also recommended to use 80 grit or smaller.Media hose from each tank feeds into one sandblaster gun(deadman valve) with a Y fitting and two all valves which enables you to switch between the soda and normal abrasive.I found this dual hose into one gun cumbersome to work with in tight spaces,so I remove the Y fitting and both ball valves and install a dedicated sandblast gun (deadman valve) on each of the media hose.I got the additional sandblast gun at a reasonable price. So now when i need soda i use the soda gun and when i need the abrasive i use the abrasive gun without having to fight with the two hoses all the time.As for the media consumption all depends on your pressure setting coming from your air regulator which is not included in this package.Note as with any sandblaster unit it requires a lot of air before you think about getting this makes sure you have sufficient air supplyFor example i have a two stage 7.5 hp 24 cfm 80 gal @ 175psi compressor and works great with this dual blaster.

you would think it would pretty cut and dry
For the money you pay for it, you would think it would pretty cut and dry. Very hard to get adjusted to where it will work right.

A dreadfull waste of time and money
The build quality is extremely poor, the hose connectors fracture very easily and most frustrating thing of all is the discharge valve on the grit tank is totally inadequate for the job. I have now gone through 3 valve which last for about 3 hours of use resulting in the valve being almost impossible to open or close as the grit gets between the ball and the body of the valve. Frost Auto, the supplier in the UK, said the valves have been updated and improved which is rubbish they are exactly the same valve every time.I have spoken with Eastwood's, who incidentally don't make the blasters they are made for them by some firm in China, and have offered to replace the faulty valves.I am now in the process of claiming my money back through my credit card.I would condemn this product as 'unfit for purpose' do not waste your money and more importantly the enormous about of time you will spend trying to get the kit to work.
