Great value for Money!
This is a great little hydration vest. It’s amazing great value for money and rivals the very expensive ones as the quality and type of materials used are very similar to the higher end brands. I use this on shorter city runs. You can fit a bladder in the back. I just use the front for one soft flask, and can then stash a light jacket and t-shirt in the back to change into after my run. There’s another little pouch in the back that works well too for snacks. I’d definitely recommend this. I’ve had it a couple of years now and it has held up well.

Great for long distance running
I’ve been using this for over a year now for long distance running. For the price this works really well. It doesn’t bounce or jiggle all over the place. It’s not too heavy or cumbersome when it’s filled with water. It allows space in the pockets for a number of gels, my headphone case, I’ve taken a banana in one of the pockets. This vest is quality

Great
This vest is very light weight and comfortable. The vest does have a lot of pockets to put things in for the run you'll take. It does not get loose during my runs out and it has a cute little orange whistle that is loud in case of an emergency. The quality of the vest is great its not cheap feeling.

Nice vest. 4.5 stars but could use a larger phone pocket.
I would give this 4.5 stars, if that was an option. I've used this on two runs over 16 miles in cold weather. So, my sample size is relatively small. The good: 1. Very comfortable in a relatively larger guy with dad bod (42 inch chest). Lots of room to spare in clips on front and sides. This sits high in the chest and doesn't jiggle when running. 2. The water pouch is great with a nice mouthpiece. The top of the bladder fully opens to be able to easily clean and dry the inside. To close, the top flap folds and then has a neat slider to close. Nice 2 L capacity. 3. Fair amount of pockets. Two front pockets for snacks. A hidden zipper pocket, and a larger pocket with elastic sinch. Extra pocket on the back suitable for gloves or hat. 4. Material seems very durable and lightweight. The bad: My main dislike about this vest is the size of the "phone" pocket. I think the zipper pocket is meant for the phone, but I don't think most modern phones would fit. I've been using the larger pocket with the elastic sinch for my phone and that works pretty well. There are a few extra small pockets near your ears (like the size of coin pocket in jeans) that seems somewhat useless. Minor other stuff. 1. Given the lightweight material, moisture seeps though everything. Post run, my phone and earbud case are damp from sweat. 2. It comes with a small whistle that seems relatively pointless. 3. The back pocket is completely inaccessible without help or taking off the vest. It's good for sorting random "just in case" stuff or for storing gear after your actively. It's been cold so I've put using it for gloves after my run. I guess it could hold your phone if you don't need to access the phone while wearing the vest. This vest seems to split a fine line between small and not noticable and too small to get the job done. The main downside is this is the size of the phone pocket which should be slightly larger. Otherwise, this is a very comfortable and effective vest, particularly given the relatively low price.

A must have for long runs!
I’ve tried a few hydration options over the years, but this running vest is by far my favorite. It’s lightweight, breathable, and doesn’t bounce around—huge win during long runs or races. I love all the pockets. I can fit snacks, my phone, keys, and even a small first aid kit without it feeling bulky. I was a little nervous about the fit, but the adjustable straps made it super easy to get just right. It sits comfortably across my chest and back, even when fully loaded. I’ve used it for trail runs, road training, and even a half marathon, and it hasn’t let me down. If you’re a distance runner, hiker, or just someone who hates carrying water bottles—this vest is 100% worth it!

Great size vest for a woman runner
I spent a lot of time looking for a running vest before deciding on this one. It has many little pockets and areas to hold things. I typically take my phone, my keys, and a water bottle with me on my runs. This keeps my hands free and I know everything is not going to fall out of my pockets. On longer runs, I can take a gel, container of salt tabs, and the water bag on my back. Everything fits well along side my phone and keys. There are many color options but I went with the teal. It's easy to clean and I have been throwing it into a garment bag and into the washer after my runs. I hang it out to dry on a clothing line. With the water bag installed, you get a good amount of water without it being so heavy and bulky.

Gets the job done, good value for the money
This is a very solid running vest for the price, especially considering running vests can be super expensive from other brands. It fits well, but if you’re only running in a sports bra or a cropped shirt it tends to chafe your stomach. Has pockets for all the essentials, phone, wallet, keys, snack, but the zip pocket is too small to fit a large phone (I have the iPhone 15 Plus), I can stuff it in the water bottle pocket but it takes a little adjusting. I can fit my 2L pack in.

Love it! Super lightweight and did not bother me during my first marathon!
I ran my first marathon with this thing. To be more exact, the first time I ever wore this thing was for my marathon LOL. It held a 1.5L water bladder, 500ml bottle with electrolytes, and some energy gummies perfectly. I just love how lightweight it is. It did not get in my way at all or cause any irritation/rubbing. Only complaint is the zipping pouch could be a little bigger for my phone. I don't carry my phone in it cause it's too tight, but it's a perfect pocket for other stuff like keys or wallet. The little medicine pouches I feel like are useless because they are so small for anything else besides medicine which I don't carry with me.
