Based on the classic Peruvian game of Liar's Dice, Perudo is an exciting game of guesswork, bluff and luck that can be played anywhere by anybody, though consummate liars do have an advantage! There is no board, no setting up and no complicated rules, so this makes the ideal after dinner or travel game. This version packs away neatly into a tin to protect it and make it more portable.

My adult children got the brilliant idea that they could buy TWO sets
We used to play this game all the time, and it disappeared from our shelves. My adult children got the brilliant idea that they could buy TWO sets, and we could all play together at family gatherings. Easy, fun, and not overly time-consuming.

Entertaining
Fun game to play with family that has older children. This is the gambling game they played on Pirates of the Caribbean.

Count dice ASAP & return if not all there.
Bought 2 games. One was perfectly fine. The other was missing dice from the green & blue set. Disappointed to say the least.

We love playing Liar's Dice and needed to replace a home-made set that got 'borrowed'. They arrived promptly and in good shape. Liar's Dice is back on the table!!!

Perudo FTW
The only game, during which my friends and I did not dissolve into a shouting match. The perfect game to annihilate your friends and loved ones.

So, You've Read Its a Great Game - But Whats It Like To Live With?
You've read all the reviews about how good this games plays, so I'll focus on living with the game:QUALITYComes in a super sturdy tin, with a nice cloth bag. Let down only by light-weight dice (plural of die :-P) and cheap plastic cups - moulded to simulate leather.Perhaps there should be a Deluxe model with weighted chunky dice, leather cups and a wooden box . . . here's hoping!APPEALIts certainly an addictive game; maybe not to the degree of 'Dobble' or the old classic 'Plus and Minus', but it is certainly up there with the great games - but don't expect the essence of the game to be anything original.FAMILYYes, it certainly is a family game for all ages . . . its says from age 8 on the tin, but a bright 6 year old could handle his game too! Great game; 8.5 / 10

Great game for families, groups of friends, and for getting to know people
This game is a lot of fun and very intuitive. We've played it with 7-year-olds and 85-year olds, and it is truly a great game for mixed groups. The game changes quite a lot based on the type of people you play with, and as people start getting to know each other's strategies, the game tends to get more exciting with each round. The storage tin is practical and pretty, and we haven't really used the storage bag that's also in the box. It may be that the bag is more practical for traveling, but we just grab the tin. Love this game!

Buy this version with storage tin. Fun game!
Great game, fun for all ages; but does work better when children are old enough to roughly understand/work out some probability. We have taking this on holiday a few time, we are a group of adults and love the game. There are standard rules then a few add ons in the rules to adjust slightly when you get the hang of it.The tin is perfect for traveling/storage. Would always buy the tin version of the game.

Great game
It id a great game but it takes a but long to learn the rules for someone new. So when we get together with friends this is not the first choice of game for us. It is ok with people who knows the rules already.. :)
