Q: How many feet has this case been drop tested?

I've dropped my phone several times from 3-4 feet and had no issues. Its landed face down and on corners. My phone is flawless still. This is not to say that yours may withstand that same fall, but I have had good luck so far. I swear by spigen cases, I've yet to break a screen with one and I've used them for 4-5 years now.

Q: Does this case fit the regular S10?

It did not fit my S10...It's huge!!! From what I understood, there are only 3 sizes: S10, S10 Plus and a Note. Yes there is a 5G but had no idea it was a different size phone.

I am not sure what you mean by "saying 6.4". It does fit my Samsung S10 5G. Mine has the upgraded memory to 512G, but I don't think that affects the case size. I can tell you it fits mine perfectly, and after a year, I am still very happy with it. My husbands is more banged up than mine, but still functional.

Q: Does the case come up higher than the bezels on the side?, kind of looks like the top and bottom of the case come up more than the sides

yes, the top and bottom of the case are raised a bit more than the sides. You can lay this case screen down on a table, and see a little light come through, so you know the surface of the screen is not laying directly on the table.
