The PhoneSoap is a piece of junk. It wasn’t even one month before the product had failed. After opening and closing the lid so many times the wires tucked in the back broke clean apart. Photo attached to support review.

Used it on and off for 2 months. It broke the second time around that I tried to recharge it. Right on time for the coronavirus outbreak. Really low-quality material, Amazon does not provide a refund and who knows when Phone Soap will give me a replacement now. Disappointed. Waste of money.***UPDATE: Since Amazon would not accept a refund for this (which is really surprising and bad), it took me about 2 months to get a replacement by the manufacturer. And the new copy of this product ALSO JUST STOPPED WORKING THIS MORNING, AFTER LESS THAN A MONTH USING IT!!!! This is so bad I can't imagine how these guys are still in business.

I bought this on early March, worked for a little over a month then suddenly it stopped working, no lights when plugged in, completely dead. Wasted $100. DO NOT BUY.

Bought this for my husband Xmas 2019. Now almost 1 year later he's had a number of warranty replacements, each of which lasts a few months and then fails. The product itself is a good idea, however Phonesoap needs to do something about the quality issues. They've been good about sending replacements but my husband is frustrated by the inconvenience. Glad I purchased this with my Amex which doubles the warranty period, as the 1 year manufacturer's warranty is about to expire and the latest replacement just stopped working.

Purchased PhoneSoap Go last Feb. The unit worked ok until Dec. The unit would not fully charge or at least all 4 lights would not illuminate after 4 hr. charge. The customer service people were receptive and the unit was returned to them. A month later the replacement unit arrived and after I plugged the charger into the replacement unit nothing happened. The unit is DOA, it will not charge, operate, or even blink. Strike 2 for PhoneSoap Go.We also have a plug-in version of PhoneSoap and it has been flawless. I think there is a lesson there.P.S. The customer service people for PhoneSoap responded immediately to my problem with the replacement unit. They are replacing the Go with an AC unit with no hassles so I want to upgrade my review to Four Stars. The Phone Soap company stands behind their products, their customer service response is quick and ultimately they want the customer to be satisfied with their purchase. I would buy another Phone Soap product without hesitation.

I would not recommend this model. In the last 6 months I’ve had to send my PhoneSoap Go in twice for repairs. Both times, I had the same problem where the blue light didn’t go on, which indicated that the UV wasn’t working. For the first repair, they sent me a refurbished unit. The second time, I requested a new unit but, they refused. Because I had issues with this model, I requested a new model and was told no. Then, I asked for a credit towards purchasing a different model. I was told no then too. Each time you send it in for repair, you are without your PhoneSoap for three plus weeks.

I’m in love with this product. I had previously used alcohol swabs to clean my phone, but ruined my phone speaker in doing so. This is the perfect solution for disinfecting my phone, Apple Watch, etc. I’ve been using it for several weeks now and have had no issues. Love, love, love.

Very useful portable device. It has enough room to sterilize credit cards, thin wallets, AirPods, toothbrush/flosser, and other small items. It’s not deep enough to sterilize my eyeglasses/sunglasses.Overall it’s great though a few things could be improved. The USB round connector is mounted at a very odd place such that when the door is fully opened it puts stress against the connector actually bending it. Same goes for the design of the case. Could’ve been designed a little bit easier to charge the device and open from within the case. Would like to see an option for wireless charging and still having a battery.

This is a must for these days. You want a phone to be sanitized, get this. There are now a variety of ones. I bought the Travel model because we like to travel and having this assures of at least clean phones. This also has a built in battery so you can charge and clean it without being plugged in! The service for this is amazing at PhoneSoap!
