Q: Could this be attached to 5' tall t-posts (14 gauge--strong/driven about 20" deep, but not concrete reinforced wood posts) used as divider w/o fence?

they aren't very stable- maybe put a 2x4 on each side of the fencing horizontally at mid-point or a little higher - sandwiching the fencing between the 2x's to keep it from twisting/laying over then securing the 2x's to the posts (I did that around my spa & it hasn't moved in 5 years)

Q: Can the height be cut in half? 30” height would be perfect for my deck railing

you can attach the fence onto the wall, since the wall is 4' high, 1 feet overhang on the top is ok for the willow fence, thanks
