Can't use it because of opening
Just received filters, everything looks right, however, the opening needed to be used for installation is sealed (on the left on a photo). Is there any way you can send those unsealed or with a metallic cap as on the other picture?

Best water filter for chloramine in your water
This is a very good filter if you have chloramine in your water perfect for any freg. With ice and water thru the door. Just be sure you install it correctly.
