Opened it up and first turn heard a click and the lip liner was broken. Never was able to get it to come out. Keep turning and nothing happens

Premetto che già la conoscevo come matita, in quanto l'avevo acquistata qualche volta in profumeria. Posso dire che è un buon prodotto, mi piace poiché la trovo piacevole sia per la mina morbida e anche perché riesco ad applicarla con precisione. In più la considero pratica essendo automatica con la mina retraibile non devo sempre temperarla, ha una durata abbastanza buona, riguardo alla tonalità del colore è come si vede nell'immagine. La consiglio.
