Bought this to team up to a Samsung NU7021 TV which is fabulous but I felt needed a little help with the sound for some depth and I needed something that wasn't too expensive.I've connected it using an optical audio cable which was a bit of a faff (though it could just have been me) as its supposed to be better than an audio jack lead and my TV doesn't have an audio socket anyway.After setting the bass to level 3, (a voice message confirms the instruction) I have to say it is better than expected. Watching wimbledon has been a real joy as I can hear every thump of the ball like its coming straight at me. The unit as also been great for watching a couple of films too.This unit won't compete with something from B**e but then you're only paying about the quarter of the price of even their most basic unit.

After buying a new Smart Oled TV, we found the internal ‘speakers’ were worse than the inside of a biscuit tin; well you just can’t get the full depth of sound. Trawling on here I went by other positive recommendations and plumbed for this soundbar/sub combo.Considering the current climate, delivery wasn’t long. Well boxed when it arrived, all packaged neat and tidy.Very simple to install, I has it up and running in about 15 minutes. The only niggles for me were trying to get the button battery in the remote, and I found that connecting power, sub and optical to the TV have to be pushed in sideways, and some jacks need room to manoeuvre.Sound is pretty good for the price point; there’s two settings for the soundbar - standard and cinema, but to be honest, I couldn’t really tell them apart. Bass goes up in single increments with a voice telling you!Bluetooth was simple to pair up - Spotify’d a selection from my iPad and great music sound.Summary: Good for the price, but probably for a smaller room/TV; great sound though haven’t ‘cranked it up’ to 11 yet; connectors are fiddly.

So far this soundbar hasn't done too bad. The level of volume you get can range from relatively quiet to pretty darn loud. Turn it up quite loud and you'll feel the vibrations coming off the subwoofer. For £50 it's a pretty damn good sound bar. Only downsides are it's limited functionality via the remote. There are only 2 equaliser presets, normal or movie and you have the ability to increase or decrease the bass levels. The remote has the playback buttons too if you hook something up to it via bluetooth such as your phone for music playback. That's about it really but to get the most out of it though I'd recommend getting an optical cable as one isn't included. Providing your device has optical connectivity. All in all a decent little performer.

Azatom, as ever is brilliant-- for the price, unbelievable, and a great deep bass sound. Some of the 5.1/or DTS on some blurays are not as loud-- so I have to work out what I am doing wrong- or if its is some of the Blurays,,,but I have to say I love it.. even cds are outstanding.Have yet to connect with Bluetooth- but will shortly. (I have just used lead and initally just through the headphone sockets. I cant get over how good it is.looks great- and sounds great.

Bought this as a xmas present for my son and at this price had low expectations.He rigged it up on xmas day and the sound blew the roof off.The only minus was the remote wasn't working but that turned out to be that the supplied battery was dead so a new one sorted that out.Overall you can't go wrong with this item for the money.I know others that have bought other Azatom products and they are all impressed with them.

Superb sound quality, the subwoofer adds a lot of punch to this great value & powerful sound system. Eq and bass is neatly adjustable. Bluetooth for streaming mp3s or internet radio is a great feature. Minor point is the small remote control which works fine but could be lost easily in your sofa cushions. British design too. Nice job Azatom!

I bought this item as we had just decorated our living room and had a new tv unit so decided i wanted a sound bar to go with the tv. After looking for a while i went with this particular item. Firstly upon delivery i was surprised at the size of the box approx 3ft by 2ft, opened it up and low and behold about 15m of brown paper packaging and the sound bar in a box or so i thought, opened the second box and there was the sound bar in its own packaging box. Removed the sound bar, installingbit qas a piece of cake, changed the settings on the tv so sound was routed through the bar. To be fair it was very underwheming, i expected to be hit buy a wall of sound as i watched a movie or something.... no, my nippers got a small bluetooth music player that pumps out louder sounds than the sound bar . All in all very very unimpressed.

This is a good sound bar but I just don’t understand why the sound is only loud when it’s connected to Bluetooth but on normal tv sound it’s really poor it just really bad
