Nothing sweet about this 13/10
I'm one of those rare people who even as a wee lad hated sweet things so this marmalade is perfect for me right amount of tartness bitterness and great texture. If there ends up being a soapberry or candlenut based version I'd definitely be a greater fan.

Expensive and Not Worth It
I wanted to get a really good bitter orange marmalade and hoped this was it. It wasn't. It is quite expensive, but that would have been OK if it were good. The label says 'thick cut' but there actually are only a few shreds of orange rind in a mass of goo and little flavor. Very disappointing. There are much better marmalades. Don't buy this one.

Bitter orange flavour without sugary sweetness
This marmalade has a good, bitter flavour, avoiding the sugary sweetness so often found in other brands.
