Brilliant piece of kit but be warned, it takes ages to build! I spent 3-hours assembling this and then about half hour getting rid of the packaging. Instructions are straightforward but one thing they failed to mention was the two little rods it comes with. The two doors at the front are shown in the instructions as having little pins on the upper and lower sections and I was scratching my head for half hour before realising the two rods supplied were in fact the pins for the door hinges! Very sturdy piece of kit. Oh, and when it comes to booking the gas ring and line up, you may be there a while too.

Bought this to replace a 6 burner bbq I had for 5 or 6 years. Silver colour instead of my previous black one looks good (but cost a premium) and the hot plate seems good.Build quality is slightly reduced from previously and a couple of parts arrived bent out of shape.That cover that was included is thin and has already ripped in the wind.Overall good but its closer to 3 stars than it is to 5.

BBQ is great, cooks really well, plenty of room and wish I got one sooner

There customer service team have not returned any of my calls to find a reasonable resolutionThey offered to pick up on the 17th August and requested me to dismantle the barbecue that took me 4 Hours to build 3 hours to dismantleWhen the driver arrived on his flat bed truck he refused to take the barbecue and was agreesive and abusive. He drove off and wood fell from the truck into the pavement.No regard to people's safetyI am still waiting my refund or a working barbecue also I have booked a days holiday for the abusive driver that worked for the same companyTo make matters I have lost time and missed many barbecue moments the barbecue now is reduced. I have been ripped offI tried phoning billyoh to speak reasonably and find a solution no one wanted to talk with me I am still out of pocket for over a month.I would be happy with the followingReplacement barbecue upgraded for my inconvenienceOr full refund asap

Have had this for 3 years and the back panel and tray under the burners have almost rusted through. I will most likely be replacing it next year.

Brilliant bbq, good size and value for money

The BBQ has very good styling and is easy to manoeuvre. The 6 burners are very effective and have good adjustable controls. The BBQ comes with it own cover which was a bonus as other BBQ’s require you to buy one separately. An improvement would be to have somewhere to hang the BBQ utensils and a shelf in the ample cupboard would be an asset.The only downside was to do with the drip tray which leaked when first used because the 4 corners had not been sealed

Very very nice bbq, put together quite easily, looks good, pleasure to cook on. Very happy.
